  1. not that kinda deceptive as in running plays like the fumbleruski, deceptive about the quality of team at each position and whose playing where? To th egeneral public the progress of the team is a mystery. Also he had em hitting hard at camp with a ton of 2-a-days. Sure we lost Batten and and the Uconn WR...hmmm...oh, Easly. But two rookies aint all that bad. They are apparently stronger this year. BLITZ! yes and thats why Mitchell wasnt cut. Mitchell aint a crushing hitter wanting to destroy guards but he can blitz and squash twiggy QBs. haha Im super curious about Stroud. Perfect timing for him to change as he wasnt busting up those dbl teams as he did when he first arrived. I cudnt imagine being a OT with the Stroud assignment.Bullrush madness if you ask me. Imagine a rb staying "home" to protect or chip block Stroud? haha D-E-A-D meat. GO BILLS
  2. Extremely deceptive. Cant figure him out. I'm constantly saying "huh?" And thats what I hope the opposition feels when facing the BILLS. Suddenly Trent aint no "captain checkdown" if Roscoe is the one getting it haha. Roscoe is a blaze and will be a huge YAC-YAC. He even toyed with us over the youngsters. Rooosevelt seemed to be the one but he took Donald. His evaluations are hush hush.
  3. In April Jacksonville was shocked and scrambled reaching for DE Aluala after the Bills Spiller selection...The draft experts were flabbergasted. Levi Brown Cut. NOBODY flys out to Schobel to beg while McCargo and Lynch embraced? OTs not addressed as they believe Bell can handle his business.Stroud's big ass converted to DE and Kyle on the nose? The speed of Roscoe in the mix? Who is this Nelson kid? "All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him." - Sun Tzu, the Art of War Why do most of the experts have the BILLS finishing last in the AFC East and feel that they'll be lucky to win a game or two? A: Because with all the changes they don't have a clue about this team. They are a mystery. How do you game plan for a team that you know nothing about with so many changes? You cant. We are a wild cat. Gailey knows this defense is good but hes hiding it, no blitz packages shown.Whose our running back? How does the BEST secondary and backfield in the NFL not win? Impossible! I also believe this team is far more balanced then meets the eye. The Dolphins game is sold out, The 12th man will be in full force. CG's Bills are a mystery and they will crush the Fins.
  4. Im amazed that no one is concerned about Woods health. Yes he has done great but how will he handle 4 qtrs? All this chatter about shifting the interior is way premature IMO. I'm just thankful that we have a viable HEALTHY back up should there be a problem w/ Wood. We need a lucky break and get a good OT.
  5. just for those that may not know how much they make or how it works. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/shutdown_corner/post/Practice-squad-players-do-unheralded-work-for-go?urn=nfl-267513
  6. EXCELLENT! Roosevelt's dream stays alive.I loved his JR-SR seasons at UB. Hopefully this is a stepping stone to something really big for him.
  7. hahaha "take a few weeks off, go to the ocean, here take my vette and think this over. do you love snow?" im very happy for bell. when i was a child i use to hang around wayne state bc it was located in my ghetto. I remember being just 6 years old wishing I would one day play at Wayne state lol. I wound up playing for another school in that Division (Northwood)also Grand Valley is in the Gliac, which is the school where the current ND coach started. Im so damn proud of this kid. I hope we do trade Lynch as im sure that that was the selling point for him to sign. He and spiller as i understand it are the best of friends. May the both of them bring back Bills Glory.
  8. im happy w these moves, keep them coming and make them better.still bummed about gronkowski to detroit,
  9. I agree with you. there's slim pickings out there but HE MUST get us depth. Sure we are happy w all the fresh faces and excited as their philosophy develops but I will not attain that "AHA!" moment until he does what you say. i hope He has stock piled the secondary to trade a few for some swift powerful fattys to back this fragile line up. Im bummed that we didnt get TE Grokowski who was snagged up by Denver. We need a solid TE, OT, and a better QB project for that 3rd string.
  10. i say yes!Poor mans Tebow. PS with Bell and we will have a cuppala great college record holders to develop into great BILLS!
  11. Woods still HAS NOT tested that leg and Hangartner gets manhandled sometimes. so an interior lineman "wood" haha be great in case wood wood need to go to center in a pinch or replace Hangartner all together. we have Corner and Lynch as good trade bait. The whole league knows we have depth in secondary and RB. We will get a tackle. We shudda never let that Incognito guy go, but thats that. i hope we can snag this one that ur talking about.
  12. Sept 19: Lefevour vs Farve? OUI OUI! haha I love MAC players. but Levi Brown whipt his ass in the Waffle House Bowl.
  13. Antonio Coleman! wow thats great for both sides. the cat from temple...Jones and Nelson!! i cant believe we found all these undrafted gems. Somebody help me, What did Roosevelt not show?
  14. CG has made some harsh comments regarding the the back up O-line's performance against Detroit. Both Brohm and Brown sought and found Hardy while under duress. Hardy also was fighting for his career and as a few of you commented, he remained comfortable. The pressure was obvious as we all watched him like a hawk...it was his show and not the so called QB battle.i thought he handled it well and showed a glimpse of the future. He reminds me of dare i say Herman Moore. We have Spiller who will not be our goal line ram that job is for Freddy or Lynch. We are gonna need that toss it up fade route when they stack the line. Im sure another team will pick him up if he's cut;I honestly feel he'll be the most sought after waived WR. Regardless Im very excited for this year, theres no greater place to enjoy the NFL than sitting in RW stadium with all the fans win or lose. GO BILLS!!! oh almost forgot: "Crane your necks to the ones who made it and toast the ones who tried and failed." -John Belucheese
  15. Hardy has not been healthy and my point is to keep them both, not one or the other; In other words Hardy over Roosevelt or Jones. We still have to see how Roscoe handles actually starting and possible rookie choke factor with Nelson? We'll have to see when the real deal starts next week. Yes its true Hardy was out with scrubs but if you watched closely he showed his potential and why he caught 2 TDs his rookie year. I wouldn't be surprised if he is kept.
  16. As preseason comes to an end the analysis on Trent has been extremely positive. He seems to be thriving with Coach Gailey. Is it possible that Hardy may do the same? Has Hardy been hindered by immaturity and injuries? Why not retread his big ass too? Tonight I officially retract my CNP stamp (can not play)off of Hardy. His potential is obvious: He is huge, he can catch and he is a vet. I thought he did well. The passes that he dropped were low and behind him. The ones he did snag he showed good concentration off a tip and one in heavy traffic. I believe Chan has gotten his attention and he will remain on the team over the dime-a-dozen-short guys. remember we drafted him bc there is value with jump ball endzone guys. Sure Nelson has been a great find but why not keep them both? Speed kills, crisp routes ran as drawn are great and guys like Revis can punk the T.O.'s out there but you cant shut down height in a chaotic endzone.
  17. IMO Bell has earned a spot on the team. He Runs hard, does well on special teams and doesn't ask for a blow after getting his "bell" rung. Ive played in the DII GLIAC league and when players like Bell and FJ succeed in the NFL it makes you feel great about the true essence of the game: Dark horses and underdogs that will their way to victory. Its this against-all-odds spirit that will make the BILLS win this year. yes this year. Thats what theyre saying about Detroit and their last ten years were far worse than what BILLS fans have endured. Trust me Im from Detroit. A little side note: Wayne State is in one of the roughest neighborhoods in America, Bell played there in front of crowds at times less than 500, while in college he was a towel boy for the Lions camps...They passed on him. Tonight he walks on to FORD field as a a Buffalo Bill. He will make the team; He is a Buffalo Bill.
  18. If Chan is not going to give Brohm a real chance then I say start Fitz. He has wheels and he is a scrapper. With a team as young as the Bills and with all the changes going on we need a knife fighter as oppose to someone that seems polished in early preseason quarters. Fitz showed excellent team command and evade against Cincy and showed a ton of heart last year and has no probs chucking down field. Trent shuts down when the Sh*t hits the fan (or his head). In fairness Trent potentially could be the golden cog in a smooth running machine but we are a long ways from that. We will win based on ballsy calls, "fundamentals" -Chan, and being more violent than the opposition. I say start Brohm next week to see his fight if he fails roll with Fitz. Otherwise expect more well-thought-out post loss speeches from Trent that will ease your pain as we look to the next season. LETS GO BILLS!!!
