  1. Z Sanders is on IR and cannot practice. Just players on recall IR can practice and even then it's with restrictions. Teams can put just one player on recall IR once a season.
  2. I heard him on WGR yesterday and he said his prediction was 10-6. Fans just can't seem to get out of their ruts that tell us what they'e supposed to be angry about. Not everything fits into a preconceived reality. And us Buffalo fans need things that aren't the Bills/Sabres to get upset about instead. Makes us feel better I guess.
  3. Exactly because some players might whine but OUR players never would do anything like that.
  4. I went to the game tonight focused and ready to watch certain guys. But I gotta be honest ..... All the flags and bad QB play from Thigpen and Grossman/Cousins slowed the game down so much it was hard to stay interested. I was excited when the game started and then spent a lot of time talking with my buddies and making beer runs. I thought the DLine looked good at times but there were tackling issues too.
  5. I hope so too, but that's reckless. The last time the Bills tried that (preseason last year I think?) it was an easy interception. Brad Smith has a terrible arm.
  6. This is hilarious. Didn't pay much attention to wrestling in the 1990's and had no idea any of this happened. Thanks for posting!!!!!!
  7. I went with the first one. I strongly agree with all the others but I want to say I don't think they have a VERY GOOD No. 2 WR on the roster. But I do think they have their No. 2 on the roster already. An option about Fitz being legit would have gotten my vote.
  8. I went with none. Shutouts are just so rare that the Bills can be really, really good and still not get one.
  9. Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith, Jack Kemp, O.J. Simpson.... all the eras represented except the past 15 years that don't deserve to be.
  10. If the Bills felt this was better for their bottom line, then I'm OK with it. The more they maximize certain revenue streams, the less they'll need to feel like they need to get some new ones and the less creative they need to get the less likely they'll get to the point (or the next owners) will get to the point where they say "We can't do it in Buffalo anymore."
  11. I didn't see this as a Tim Graham issue... I saw it as a strange thread to start by taking only the critical things he said and the positive things Mike Florio said to use in your post and ignoring all the positive things Tim Graham said and the critical points Mike Florio had. the thread came off to me as totally the opposite of the interview I heard. same here
  12. Yeah thank you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw it that way. Pretty down the middle is why I was so surprised this got its own thread. And thanks for the welcome San Jose. I think this is going to be a fun season. One question about the playoff or bust thing because I'm not sure I know what to think on that point. Do you think if the Bills don't make the playoffs that Chan and/or Buddy are fired? I'm trying to think of other ways it would be playoff or bust. They're not going to break up the core of the team? but its an interesting thing to think about.
  13. When I first saw this I was confused. This thing came out in March of 2011. Why is this such a big deal now? I think what he said is grabage and he should get a facewash the next time anybody from Buffalo sees him but I'm asking seriously how something like this ends up in the news cycle after all this time?
  14. I'm a longtime lurker, had an account for a couple years, never posted but the season has me excited. I've been interested in getting involved on TBD but its been slow past week or two but this thread is something I wanted to comment on. The guy who started this thread is offended by negativity and his whole thing is negative. He pulled out every negative slanted thing from the interview. I listened to it. I thought Graham came off as excited about the season too and layed out all the reasons. The ONLY thing that stopped him short was Fitz. He said Bills fans were guarded and I think that's accurate at least from my friends I talk to. On the second question Florio himself said QB coaching doesn't always work and mentioned the failed Tebow overhaul from last year. Graham just said its hard for old dogs to learn new tricks and talked about Stevie saying Fitz looked much better throwing to his left. Graham also said he's convinced Fitz played hurt last year. Graham also talked up David Lee and the Wildcat and Brad Smith. On the third question Graham said a lot of great things about Donald Jones. He mentioned T.J. had a prblem with drops and going acrross the middle at NC State which he did. Not some smoking gun accusation exactly. So anyways, one of my pet peeves are people who look for reasons to get upset. This thread is exactly that. I heard a totally different interview than the author of this thread.
