  1. That or the patriots win by 60

I hate the Jets and their fans more than any other team in the nfl. Those east coast jersey guys looking for a fight absolutely kill me. I love seeing that team lose, even if it is to the pats.

I'd like to see a 60 spot from Brady tonight

    WOW! Prophetic!!!!!

    35 - 3 at the half.

Maybe the Pats put up 70 on the Jests. :D

  2. It's definitely a purposeful kick. Whether the target was intended I'm not sure. Backside angle showed his face towards schaub as his lower leg suddenly whipped out, not in line with his natural fall.

This view live left me figuring he was just tossing his leg out to make his presence known, the opposite camera looks like he straight up kicked him in the groin on purpose

    ^^^^^ This.

Seems extremely obvious to me..... What are the rest of you watching?

If you play/played sports one would know this is no accident.

  3. Good try. Awful thread. A 3rd round pick when you are picking around 30th in each round is hardly the "top draft pick" in the title of the thread.

If you want to make a decent point at least compare Polian's 'top picks' with others in his era. I am not sure you have a grasp on how the draft works.

Why don't you at least provide what you feel would be the best GM's picks of that same era for us to compare? :wallbash:

  4. Nice to see Fitzy go out and block on that Spiller play in the 1st quarter.

Then he got all up in The DB's face. Nice to see. Commentator's even mentioned it goes a long way to guys respecting him in the locker room.

I LUV that hockey player mentality in Fitz.

    Don't Fock with me Bro!!!

  5. OUCH.......................

The big news, of course, is Maybin, whose star (if you could call it that) faded quickly after showing promise last season as a situational pass rusher. He led the Jets with six sacks last season, raising expectations for 2012. He didn't deliver. He recorded zero sacks in the first eight games and was a healthy scratch Sunday in Seattle, where he was replaced by a guy who never played in an NFL game --Ricky Sapp

Rex Ryan talked up Maybin in the preseason. Then again, he talks up a lot of players and they never pan out. He raved about FB John Conner, and look what happened to him. He, too, is unemployed. The Jets thought they had discovered a gem in the trash pile last year, when they signed Maybin after he was jettisoned by the Bills, who picked him 11th overall in 2009. He made a few plays and talked a lot in the offseason, saying he was going to gain weight so he could be an every-down player.

That never happened. Because he can't play the run, Maybin was relegated to third-and-long situations, and his playing time diminished. Nicknamed "Microphone" because of his booming voice, Maybin liked to talk. That chafed some teammates and it may have bothered some coaches, too. As one opposing personnel executive said Tuesday, "When you don't produce, and you talk, you get exposed."

  6. Yeah yeah yeah, it was legal, so let gun for the heads every time! Do you people realize that you are not suppose to head hunt?

It wasn't the hit that bothered me, it was when he flexed at Freddy when he was being taken off the field. That's about as classless as you can get right there

It's not the hit that bothers me....It's the fact that we SUCK and we are New England's Bitches.

I don't give a crap. You win and it hurts A LOT less.

This is a loser thread. What I love the most is going to a Sabres game and not only do we beat the crap out of the other team on the scoreboard, we beat the crap out of them literally. That's what they do to us more or less every time for the last decade plus.

OK, I'm just frustrated as hell. Now I feel slightly better. :wallbash:

  7. I am on Record saying I want the Bills to Hire Chip Kelly But Would You Hire Wade Phillips he has been Bills HC before & he is Great with any Defense, we would still need a offensive coordinator that ran a high power scheme in my opinion but would Phillips be a option

I am mixed on re hiring him as HC, I love to see him as Defensive coordinator but I don't think he'd come back for that

Are you 6 years old? or 106? He is not coming back in this lifetime.

    Perhaps the next one!

  8. More like it disproves it.

Yea, there were other decades besides 2000-2012 that this owner didn't shiv a git if his team won or not. The entire decade of the 70's the Bills NEVER beat Don Schula's Dolphins, not once. You know that 72 undefeated season for Miami, the Bills came closest to beating them by a missed field goal.

Probably the reason OJ had so much pent up hostility, the Bills never made the playoffs his entire career in Buffalo despite them having the best RB in the NFL. 6x pro bowler, 4x NFL rushing champ.

When Chuck Knox first came to Buffalo the Bills couldn't even hold a pre season game because nobody would buy tickets. Anyway, Chuck Knox was a miracle working for the Bills and Ralph Wilson let him walk once his team was winning and his stadium was filled again.

If Bills fans EVER want a winning team again in Buffalo they need to stop wasting their money on an inferior product. History has shown that the ONLY time this owner coughed up the dough for a top head coach was when fans stopped buying season tickets. As long as games keep selling out... so will this owner,as profit is his primary goal, and always has been.

Hey, I am agreeing with you (That is allowed on this board - hahhaha).

Ralph has basically proven he is a losing owner. Unless he lives to 110, there is no way he approaches a record over .500 for his career as an NFL owner.

What I meant was the good times (ie the late 90's) were more of a case of him being lucky (ie a broken clock), then him being good.

Now he's mad. This is a stupid original thread only because for those who have paid attention the last 15 years know that Ralph has been mad most of the time....because we have been losing.

The problem is: Ralph being mad doesn't mean there is something good on the horizon.

    Good Times. Go Bills.

  9. I am ALL for drafting a QB. BUT do you realize that Andrew Luck is on pace to break the ALL-TIME NFL Record for wins for a rookie QB???

    That RECORD is 7 WINS!!!

    7

    SEVEN

This scares the hell out of me. It puts on a ANOTHER 3 year re-building plan

Not sure I can swallow that pill.

Plus be careful what you wish for. We draft a starting QB, we go 5-11.

Then this board lights up and boils over that we picked the wrong guy.

Then fire the coach. Fire the GM.

    Draft another guy.

Be careful what you wish for!!

  10. Man, this is really a LARGE part/reflection of Wilson's legacy.....

'Knox was a savior of sorts when he coached the Bills to their first win over Miami in 11 years and won the division. He did a weekly TV segment with News10NBC and actually made predictions. Can you imagine an NFL coach doing that today?' http://www.whec.com/...9.shtml?cat=571

Can you imagine going a decade at a time with no wins or a measly 1-3 wins Against a team in your OWN DIVISION ...............and Multiple times???? ( see New England vs Bills ).

Ralph's overall record as owner of the Bills is abysmal. :wallbash:

I guess he proves the theory that a even a broken clock can be right twice a decade.

  11. Yet Another moronic post on running backs. If you read yesterdays classic that Fred should be CUT, you would understand your thought is far from unique. But yea Fred Jackson is the reason the Bills get their asses handed to them on most Sundays. And CJ would have the team at 7-1.

This "thread" should be merged with other ones calling for Freds head.

    ^^^^ This.

Instead of talking about needing better LB's etc, people who don't know football point to probably our biggest strength and try to call it a weakness.

    :wallbash:

  12. I just read the article posted on TBD, that Ralph told Gailey that he is not happy that the Bills are losing. So, does this mean that if the Bills bottom out and finishes 6-10 (or worse) does Ralph tell Nix to fire Gailey (contrary to what Nix said last week), does Ralph fire Nix, or does nothing happen?

I am not being sarcstic but Ralph has been consistently mad. He was mad at Polian, mad at Butler. Mad when we didn't have enough talent. He was really mad at Donahoe. Didn't like Greg Williams. Mad at Mularkey. Now he's mad again.

Whatever. Nothing will change until he is not the owner. His record is very consistent. Snnnnnooooooooooozzzzzeeeeeeeeeeee

    Go Bills.

  13. The game has changed. QBs are able to carry teams more than rbs. And even back in the old days, how many small rbs were able to carry their team?

I pretty much agree. Problem is. Chan DRAFTED HIM IN THE FIRST ROUND. Damn. Not yelling at you but you cannot draft a guy there, have arguably the Best 1-2 punch in the game and then say.....well it's a passing league. :wallbash:

Yeah it is a passing league Chan. A league that has Passed You by!

    Now say bye.

    Please. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
