Bills have played sloppy football all season. Why should tonight be any different?

I have said since the start of the season, Allen is not looking sharp. Something is off and the offense is sputtering. The run defense is bad. Very bad. McDermott's defense is prone to get run over due to the type of players he has on defense. Game is sobering. This team is going nowhere.

Detroit started the game in a deep hole. Secondary was depleted. They had to play lights out offensive football. Tip of the hat to the KC defense for really shutting down the passing game.

That is why they are back ups.

Blocking scheme was bad on that run.

That was too easy. 21 was forced out of coverage by his own teammate.

KC is annoyingly good in prime-time games. Detroit is doing well with their depleted secondary.

I am going to miss the game due to work so I hope the Bills stick to exploiting its strengths on offense. The defense is a battered and wounded unit. The need to offense to chew up the clock and to put points on the scoreboard on every drive. The bye week is coming at a great time.

Penalties altered the game for the Bills. Not blaming the refs. The teams were undisciplined.

They are a solid team. Bills played right into their hands. Sloppy unforced errors. Poor game plan. Execution was off. Lastly, injuries on defense hurt.

I thought it was cheesy.

Diggs was good. He exploited the short routes and what the defense was giving. It happens.

This is a tough loss but you have to learn from it. Allen regressed when they needed him to be poised. Looking deep when he had open short routes. Specially on the last drive. Dink and dunk chews up yards and clock.

I was mocked by some this week when I said the Pats were a hardnosed and disciplined team. I knew they were going to make life hell for the Bills. Too many mistakes. Penalties, turnovers and missed assignments. Sloppy play for three weeks. Not sure why but maybe the resting starters in the preseason contributes to the sloppy start of the season. Atlanta is another tough game. Buckle up for a rough ride.
