All good points, especially with a division full of 34 teams. I am still curious on what type of defense we will run and who Chan had worked with in the past. I would of rather Grimm, but Gailey is starting to sound a little better. Honestly, it all depends on who he hires. He may delegate the play-calling to his oc. I want to see Nolan in here for the D or some other known name or a good assistant on a elite defense.

Brian Billick is an offensive minded coach, which we are looking for, but I am the only one his painful offense year after year. The only reason he was successful was his luck to be in charge of a team with an amazing, historic, and championship defense. I think it was 3 years ago when the Bills beat the Ravens in what seemed like a meaningful game. Billick and the struggling offense with Kyle"I should have been a" Boller was the only reason that Baltimore lost that game. I would really like to get either one of the most currently mentioned candidates, Russ Grimm or B. Shottenheimer. Think either would bring a 3-4 or at least a hybrid 4-3. Think Shottenheimer would be ideal for his knowledge of the division.

Cody is a 2-down player, while McClain was every where on every down. I see McClain being a nice ILB with Poz in a 34 scheme. I also like that defensive end on Alabama Marciellius Dareus. There were a lot of good defensive prospects in that game

Agreed, but you have to look at what the colts, patriots and chargers also have in common. Good offensive and defensive lines! Nobody is able to see what the bills look like without solid talent and ability on our lines. No matter the talent of your skill positions, we need stability in the trenches. I believe we could work with the talent we have if we get better in the trenches. Players like James Hardy and Steve Johnson might actually get a chance to show what they could do. Im tired of seeing no pressure on the opposing quarterback and busted run plays! Heres to Buddy getting it fixed!
