You guys can roll your damn eyes all you want.  We traded for him to play,so far we have essentially gotten 1 damn game out of him.

Yea this teams coach is soft / afraid. I guarantee both players could play w some wrist boo boos. This is a divisional game. He keeps them out ultimately. He’s the one that submits the inactive list. Hope Elam on tyreke or waddle goes well

I disagree with this and I am a huge Benford fan. I predicted he'd win the job last year when he went into camp in competition with Elam and Jackson. But Sauce is an elite talent. If you want to say Benford has played better in 2024 so far, I think that is true. But Sauce has been great his first two years.

    Benford grades out at 75

    sauce grades out at 64

so. Yea. Benford been bettter this year - matches the eye test. Sauce is all hype now

Well that was a sucky game.

Texans got jobbed by the refs a couple times, but also Stroud.....well, he was supposed to be the Next Great Thing at QB.  Shows how that can be derailed by crap pass protection and lack of open targets to throw to, though I thought he was pressing and looking too much downfield and wonder if the all-22 would show open targets underneath.

Anyway, disappointed in the outcome of the game (wanted to see Rodgers lose) even though it's supposedly better for the Bills that the Jets win.

Now I'm wondering if I misheard, but I was pretty sure I heard the announcers talking as though the Bills were the only team left on the Jets schedule that they had to worry about, which is very puzzling to me.  When you're a 3-6 team, you probably need to worry about 4-4 teams like AZ, Colts, and Seahawks; Rams are only one win back on their entire division having had an early bye; and, I don't think we ought to count out the Dolphins.  So I found that puzzling.

Texans looked like they better figure something out quick on offense though.

Without Nico Collins. Stroud drops out of superstar mvp orbit. And their OL is weak. No surprises

    Did Tua really say that?

That's such lame-ass *****.   Suppose Tua's mom had surgery and the surgeon, who spent years training and is highly paid to perform mistake-free surgery, botched the operation then told Tua "I'd like to see a lot of other people scrub up and go in the ER and try to perform that surgery...it's not as easy as it looks sitting in the waiting room eating chips"

Tua is paid literally millions of dollars, $9.5M this season to be exact, to play QB at a high, professional level.  Over an 18 week season, that's $528k per game.  With an average of 62 snaps per game, that's $8,512.50 per snap.

Joe Sofa Spud may go out on the weekend to play rugby, or football, or soccer - as an amateur.  No one reasonable expects an amateur to perform at the level of one of the 32 best players in the world, who is getting paid $8,512.50 to handle every one.

Yea. Sounds like he’s already losing the mental battle game. Lashing out / hyper defensive is a coping mechanism

Diggs gave us four very good years as our true #1, so I’m hopeful he’ll come back and maybe Dallas can pick him up at a reasonable rate.

Paid a first. Got 4 good years and ascended your qb. Did pay him. But also got a 2nd rd coming back at 30 years old. Injury is random / luck. But that’s a phenomenal piece of business looking at it from a dynasty/franchise macro look.

FYIW, The Athletic beat writer for the Bills agrees Hamlin is the weak spot on the defense: "Hamlin remains the most significant question mark, as his play-it-safe style, along with hesitance to dip down into the play has cost the team a lot of yardage over the season."

Pat Kirwan on nfl radio also pointed out Hamlin as the bills weakness on D. And McD is using smoke and mirrors to elevate the safety play
