hopefully our DL can take advantage of those OL issues, unlike what we did with Cincy's OL issues. I think we will with a more attacking style, plus Floyd and an improved secondary with people now back. this was the most problematic part of the game for me, IMO. Groot was nowhere, AJ nowhere. All the guys who were supposed to "take a step forward" and none of them showed up. Ed Oliver also stunk.

I think McD is capable of making wrong assumptions about practice vs game performance. Coaches play the second best player all the time. Your view is that coaches are infallible in player evaluation. The OPs point is that Elam is much better than the staff is giving him credit for.

Marlowe is 5th likely. Hamlin started a ton last year. the inly way he dies in a game is if he gets hit in the exact same spot with the same awful timing again. Same risk as any other player. At which point NFL prob mandates the same sort of extra pads lacrosse players now wear (nfl and football should do this anyway, IMO).

this is a great signing, IMO. Totally low risk, good PS player at the worst, and is someone that CB’s can practice against that has top end speed.
