"He's an impeccable kid," Beane said. "We did a lot of research. I think all teams were aware of the Title IX thing. That was fully investigated by the school...It was one of those where there was zero information saying that this actually happened."

I will trust Beane's research over the word of someone out to make money.

Bean, the DA, and the school cleared him.

I will say this. If ...and it's a big if, the ol of Pittsburgh can keep Rodger upright they will be a tough out. Rodgers can still read a defense and still has the arm to make all the throws. His negative is his body isn't getting any younger and he is a statue in the pocket. I am not laughing with this signing like some.

He is still a good QB but his ego is intolerable. Which is why we all want him to fail.

But, he honestly fits right in with all the Steelers fans I know.

agree with all but the last part.  Here in Pgh most are weary of Rodgers.

Both the Steelers and Penguins have long had this problem.  They rely way too long on over-the-hill stars - see Roethlisberger, Malkin, Lemeiux.

Malkin should have been traded years ago.  Too late now

  3. Allen should be 1.  I saw the 90’s teams and he would have been the best player in those teams.  Bruce a close number 2.  Kelly 3 perhaps.

Bills Diggs is absolutely ahead of the Bills version of Lofton. It’s not close. One was the guy and the other was a role player. If you want to argue Reed over Diggs, okay, but no chance on Lofton. Moulds is in an interesting one as well but I’d probably have Bills Diggs over him. In my lifetime (at least that I remember): Reed, Diggs, Moulds, Stevie, Lofton, Beasley

Moulds with Allen would have been something.

  4. 1. How many would they have won without Josh Allen?

    4

    2. How many would they have won without James Cook?

    11.

    3. How many would they have won without Dion Dawkins? Spencer Brown?

without both:  6.  Without one of them but other there:  9

    4. How many would they have won without Ed Oliver?   12

    5. How many would they have won without Rousseau? 11

and any other you would like to do...

Winning points with the fans to put more public pressure on Beane.  Next level stuff.

In all seriousness, wherever you stand on Cook you have to at least give him credit for showing up and participating when a lot of unhappy players contract wise around the league didn't.

agree with this.  It’s the smart thing for him as well, so hopefully someone smart advising him.

We don’t need Kincaid to live there.

We need Josh Allen to live there.

There are Tom Bradys and Patrick Mahomeses.

    Then there are Josh Allens.

The ones who put in the work win the rings.

    Period.

JA has not been the issue in the playoffs.  It's been the D, and WR who can't get open.

  7. Was a weird pick.  Guy’s talent does not fit bills D scheme.

Just sour grapes from Elam so I really do hope he is the starting corner for Dallas this year. Let's see him put his money where his mouth is.

I only wish the Bills played the girls this season, as it will be fun with or without elam, but more fun with the guy.

This coaching staff takes okay/decent CB prospects and turns them into starters, and sometimes stars.  So I am not betting on Elam blossoming this year, playing for a much lesser team and organization. Despite his laughable comments.

The good thing about the big miss with him is that the Bills likely upped their preparation for this and last years' drafts considerably.  Looks like, on paper at least, they may now have high end talent at most of the CB positions.  We will see soon how it comes together on the field.

Bishop runs a 4.4, Hairston a 4.29, both hopefully replacing Hamlin (a 4.63 40) and Douglas (4.59).  Should give every Bills' fan hope that they will see a very different secondary this year.  (And Darrick Forrest ran a 4.4.)

I think CB Strong is a nice addition also. Hamlin is a good backup, hopefully Bishop clicks this year because he looked lost last year from a mental standpoint in terms of processing plays.

Buffalo might have not have much in the way of accommodations & such, but we just saw Green Bay host a draft...

Now I know they've got more development in the "Title Town" area around Lambeau, but they basically just setup shop in a parking lot for the draft. Green Bay is even smaller than Buffalo, so there's no way the Buffalo couldn't do something similar.

And how nice is Green Bay's weather in April? It's going to be 58 degrees & cloudy tomorrow, with a low of 41. Probably a higher chance of rain in Buffalo, but they can make preparations for that.

All that being said, I don't really care one way or another. It would be cool to have a crowd cheer on our picks, but also not a loss if we never host one.

Buffalo should 100 percent host one.  All the non Super Bowl host cities should get it.
