We have really good seasons when I have a newborn.

I feel bad for Tua, but it is also a shame that one of Buffalo’s best wins is a mere sidenote tonight and for sure tomorrow morning on the national talk shows, as 90% of the focus is on Tua’s injury and future than just how big this win was for the Bills tonight.
Who cares though? I mean really? We've been a high profile team with tons of national coverage for years. Tua needs to consider retirement.

Please return this season 🙏

Smiley shouldn't have been retained for this season.

Well done Harrison! Solid fella. Go Cardinal.

Rapp sure didn't wait long for some friendly fire

Liked what I saw from the offense. Hope it continues against better defenses.

I was very impressed with the refereeing. Much of it looked arbitrary. Some of it was plain bad. Some of it looked too personal (Dawkins false start).
Really rough crew.

I've always thought it'd be annoying running around with a mouth guard loose. Two is crazy.

I really wanted the Bills to invest in a really good nickel backup given how critical Taron is to our defense. If he is out, we can’t function at a high level.
I'm still miffed about cutting Hardy after his defensive performances in preseason 😅. Hopefully he'll make the active roster before he's poached.

Well this is fun

That call can't happen

I'm worried about the toe, frankly. It's a ***** injury for exactly what he does.

Not a fan of this at all despite not knowing the numbers.
This guy has had ONE decent season. He was pure trash and also constantly injured before that . I think he’s a mid RT and was really hoping to see him perform at a high level another year before investing .
I don't understand this extension. I hope he earns it, but this is odd.

Hmm. I'd have favoured letting him play it out personally. He had a good year last year and it is conceivable he is not yet at his ceiling given his physical potential and the relatively low level of college football he played at (so not exposed to top coaching etc). But he has had one good season, a history of back issues (which at his height is a concern), a shoulder surgery AND their 6th round rookie tackle looked really good in pre-season giving you at least a legitimate contender for the job if Brown ends up walking next year.

I expected it to be more emotional and personal. It was not that IMO. They alluded to the fact that they’re not emotional people and that definitely came through. I’m rooting for him for sure. It just seemed manufactured and not as organic as I hoped. The Jim Kelly part was really cheesy.
Couldn't agree more. Missed the mark because he's not that type of subject.

I think it's the much more straightforward than usual. But I was also shaped by the drought years which had much more flux to the depth charts imo. Is there any position on offense or defense where we're not reasonably confident in it? Safety? Smoot/Epenesa?
I think safety is currently still in competition - at least until next week (game week)

I remain encouraged by Hardy's off-season and am very glad we got him back on our practice squad.
Love the Cine pickup, too.

Does it strike anyone else as weird that we cut Daquan Hardy, and traded with the Jets for a rookie UDFA DB, Brandon Codrington, that no one's heard of, but is described as a "speedy kick returner," and put him on the 53?
I'm still miffed we cut Hardy. He oozed ability all off-season from my limited vantage point.

Im bothered by the Hardy cut, I admit it. Foolish.
