  1. I've been out doing chores all afternoon and had the thoughts come up about this team with respect to Ken Dorsey. And I just keep going back to the idea on his desire to have two tight ends. He's mentioned this many times to the media. And all I can come up with is that his time in Miami had Jeremy shockey and Kellen Winslow Jr as his tight ends. I don't remember enough about the Miami offense at that period to get technical but I know those two players dominated defenses even with a fully star-studded wide receiver unit. We need some experts to go back to those early 2000s Miami teams to think about what Dorsey may want to do long-term in the NFL with regard to double tight end sets.
  2. Congratulations! I couldn't even name half the folks I've met if I tried. Unfortunately, I've met way too many. Especially those from Illinois.
  3. I like that he kept up a lot of pre snap motion making it easier for Josh to see the defense but he isn't taking advantage of that by using strengths against weaknesses and using movement to create momentum. Last year we would see McKenzie start motion to finish at the snap and pull and the entire defense with him. This opened up the routes underneath to Knox and Singleterry when McKenzie wasn't able to split the seam of coverage. This is a concern I have of Dorsey, especially as a former QB. We have seen a lot of zone coverage against us due to defenses keeping eyes on the backfield. I don't and can't believe he is unable to understand seams of defenses and how to beat them. The guy was one of the most successful college QB's of all time while, with no offense to him, lacking a lot of physical traits and skill. With regard to not using the tools - I hope it is something to do with not having the tools he wanted, which touches in my next point to follow. He doesn't have Crowder, Doyle, and a 2nd TE besides Sweeney and the disappearance of the Bowling Green guy. We pushed to get OJ Howard and Dorsey has said numerous times he wants a 2TE offensive unit. We don't use our primary TE so I cannot figure out plan for 2 TE's. Crowder being injured is the most amazing thing to me - I really wonder what they were planning with him. In Jersey he was tremendous at the check down routes and it may go down as what could have and should have been with him. Maybe we can find out in the playoffs? The final point I make: did Dorsey want Crowder, Howard, Hines, and Cook? Who made those calls? We added talent with those 4 players but ultimately we saw we already have talent surpassing them. If he is back in 2023 I am anxious to see who he goes to bat for in bringing into Buffalo. More curiously I am wondering if he will even have a choice to bring in the players he may want since the focus must be on OL in both FA and the draft.
  4. Any play action, even poorly executed play action is better than no play action. I don't see a team who can better us on defense if we stick to PA the rest of the season unless Miami can muster up good DL pressure without committing LB's
  5. @Royale with Cheese ruptured his back the same time I did roughly He needed surgery. I only did epidurals. I was recommended 18 mos of light exercise. I chose 10 months with a lot of precautions, weekly bodywork, etc. The lumbar spine is much different than the cervical spine.
  6. Their records and chances of post season appearance suggest otherwise. If they can beat 2 of the following: Bengals, eagles, chargers, cowboys they'll be a 5 loss team possibly good enough for a 2 seed. And those would be some good Dubyas. The Titans aren't the same team we played. We most certainly aren't the same team either.
  7. Ha. No joke. I see it. Aw, a roof I fell off ... If drunk and 5 yrs old
  8. Nice job Richard.
  9. You're not in your prime nor working with the best athletic staff in the country. Many of us have numerous injuries and been set back in our ordinary life but we aren't elite athletes nor are we having their training schedule to recover.
  10. I like it. We had an early bye which we didn't really take advantage of which isn't anyone's fault but out now. Now ¾ in almost and we get an extra 3 day mini bye.
  11. This is also likely but not a factor in any decisions the Bills are making
  12. There is no reason he cannot play snaps Thursday. We are banged up in the secondary and having him in rotation would critical. We can call up the dude from Indy again. If it's me we tell Tre he's starting. We play him the first series. We let him see how he feels. We encourage him to play the first quarter. We let it roll from there.
  13. I am like squirrel. I've also been warned by DOT what I do is illegal because I damage the road. I go clear the intersection with my bucket, and plow the roads and area at a turn as well as a few neighbors, including a police officer. DOT has told me to stop.
  14. I don't get this reference. Help.
  15. I wish I could make a goatse meme in this....
  16. That's what I was looking for. Should have googled it I guess
  17. I will run it on the playoff sim. If the chiefs lose and never lose again this year ; if we win out and Miami win out then all 3 are 3 loss teams. We have tie breaker over KC but what about Miami?
  18. You can tape his ankle and foot and he would be fine. Not as fine as if he was a Tackle, but better than guard.
  19. It means that Dan Campbell is with the 1st pick of the draft but now tempted by the wildcard playoff spot which is possible.
  20. If you're going unpredictable it'd be more sensible. San Fran or Tennessee. both good teams that need a WR.
  21. Bwah. Thurdsay. 😂 And I forgot the schedule. For some reason I thought we went Lions then bears.
  22. Those 3 extra days are bigly
  23. Browns formula is going to be good. Run and pass play calling. Use ngjokiukuukki the TE. Get our defense tired. Run chubb down our throats until we are gassed. Bills lose this game 20-16
  24. Not even watching the game. Radio only. And our offensive play calls are offensive. Twice 3rd and short... And we take a deep drop to pass? El. Oh. El.
