Hughes fate was sealed when he and others were getting very argumentative and nearly coming to blows after the 13 seconds. and McD was annoyed that the Bills O was more loyal to Daboll than him.
-
all 3 coaches were having words - McD, Daboll, Frazier. McD defended Frazier and the issue. per understanding and even public speaking mcdermott said there would be accountability. the ST Co was the scapegoat. the players were arguing and it was essentially the last straw with Hughes being written off for the division in the lockerrom. but he was never coming back, anyway. by 2021 sources said McD seemed frustrated that the offense belonged to Daboll and McD resented that the O had their own coach, their own identity, and not part of McChumps faux "Process."

I haven't been big on the Miller signing, so yeah essentially
-
No. You just don't know my track record, obviously.

I wish we would have saved money on Miller to have been able to keep Floyd and AJE

They don't like each other. I stated how I know that.

In retrospect, was letting McKenzie go a mistake?

Maybe this is fair. Maybe I'm putting too much on him for not getting on the field vs coaching. -

He is far better than Harty or sherfield but both of them play special teams and that's important Harty was over hyped here by people wanting to pretend he was something special -
The Panthers are desperate for a WR1 or anyone to step up. To think this guy could be an answer on a dumpster fire team that David Tepper singlehandedly ruining is absurd. Hell, even Frank is doing everything he can to leave the team.

Well, you asked how I know this then ranted about how you feel. I did not say how I feel or what I think. I said what I know. What I know as told to me by several sources who have been a part of the team, including at least one who was in the locker room post 13 seconds when there was damn near a fight over what happened. Daboll didn't like the way McDermott handled the aftermath of that and leading up to it. Opinions told to me varied saying either Daboll knew Frazier was struggling to call a good defense and thought McDermott should have taken over to McDermott meddling with the defense but not holding things accountable. One of the final straws, and this maybe why Chad Hall left I am told, is that the special teams coordinator neas scapegoated. Further, there was concern about what strategy McDermott had after promoting Dorsey to OC after Daboll left. This was after McDermott last year took a much more active role in the defense and this year a lot of concern about him going maverick style on defense leaving him no ability to focus on the offense or greater play of the team should Dorsey struggle. And Dorsey is struggling. The sources I knew and spoke to have expected this type of situation to be playing out as we see it and it's not a well kept secret for the team. This is also something bigger talking heads hear about and realize is a major issue.

I'm still in it

Daboll and McDermott do not like each other

My issue with Von is not with him. It's with the team that paid him that much money. Physically, yes. Mentally, no.

Pro athletes are paid and compensated, along with given the world's best care to make that comeback. Bottom line of my point: Miller has no excuse on being 100% once cleared.

Williams made a few mistakes I noticed early on. He didn't make fatal mistakes, didn't whiff on tackles like last weeks. Was pleasantly surprised he built on last week. One big glaring play was he missed the motion of the RB out to the wide out position which left him uncovered. Someone pointed it out and Williams sprinted out to cover.

Suggestions on how to address the Bills sudden offensive struggles?

If he, like many think, has lost some of his confidence then this would be a mistake. -

Whatever pages he has left from old playbooks using Beas or McKenzie need to be dusted off and at least tried He needs to put Josh under center. They need to both see the play and be on the same page. I dare even say come out of the booth for a game to be on the field with everyone -
Lol. No way he ends up going to SD or somewhere to QB coach a young talented dude. Dude is a legit QB coach.

Against a team that we were favored by the most points of any team this weekend. That was a terrible performance and we didn't plan correctly... At all Giants D put on a clinic. -
I've noticed that a few times. I wonder why he plays kincaid and Knox so poorly too

First win we have had at home with a scoreless first 3Q since 1987 against the Jersey Giants
