If Wash wants to deal or another team in the next 5 or so picks....I think we should seriously consider it.
Keon Coleman is my guy at this point
I agree with your first sentence. I don't like Coleman though. He doesn't make sense for Bills IMO

The problem with the Bills offense last year was that no WR, not named Shakir, could separate. Josh would have time to throw, work his progressions, and no one was open, often.
Beane has stated we need RAC and big plays.
Keon Coleman cannot separate. Keon is not a RAC WR. Keon only caught 55% of contested catches.
Im OK if the Bills go DT Newton or S DeJean, most every WR not named Keon Coleman.

All well and good but, now I am feeling like Cooper DeJean is about to be the pick at 33. Then I think they go WR by trading up from #60. Depending on who is available they may also grab another WR in 3 or 4.
Personally I think Worthy will be a bust as he is too small to take NFL hits.
IMO DeJean would be the pick, and an exceptional pick. But my guess is someone makes too good an offer for pick 33, and that Beane stockpiles top 100 picks

Pole position- Beane is going to get some tempting offers to trade back. Now we are in the driver seat. Let other teams overpay for our pick

Whom should the Bills select?
IMO it’s between Mitchell and DeJean.
im OK with either.

Lol how does giving up the game sealing drive give you a chance to win
my larger point if that the Offense had 3 chances to win the game and choked 3 times. The D made a couple stops when it mattered.

Well, the Bills D has a built in excuse for their latest failure against the Chiefs in the playoffs. 😁The fact is the Bills D stopped KC's last 3 drives. The Bills Offense had 3 chances for a TD. 0 for 3.

We only have one WR who has caught passes from Josh. We have a big friggin hole at WR 1, and two big holes in top 5 WR. Beane is going to fill them, and upgrade 14 and Gabe

Believe nothing GM's say before the draft. Nothing.
It is lying season. That being said, Beane comes across to me as a straight shooter. He gives info without giving up strategy

We had a hole at # 1 WR last season. This year we have a big hole at the 4 and 5 WR spots. Hamlet or Shorter are my guess. Both were big time college recruits that were sidetracked by injuries
And some knee jerk reactionaries wanted to trade Shakir and draft picks to draft WR lmao

What a terrible example!
At least use the 2011 Julio Jones trade. That's worse case scenario. Also look at the Mahomes and Jameson Williams trade up.
Good grief at least be a little more realistic with your examples.
OK Mr GM. Make it happen. Beane already said no one on top 10 is calling him, and he hasn’t called.
Ditka traded his whole draft for Ricky- fact.
Falcons gave up their 1st round pick, 2nd, and 4th round pick in 2011, and their 1st and 4th round pick in 2012. No ***** way do I wish to see the Bills give all that up for a WR.
Good grief lol

Can we actually try and get some elite talent for once? Is it really hard to realize we don’t have very good to great players on this team. We’ve got a team of average to good guys. It’s just not enough to move the needle. We need great guys to beat teams like the Chiefs.
we have Allen. And without him we’d be a 5-6 win team every year. Let’s get some actual players to help him for once.
I would love one of the big 3. Show me how you would make that happen? Ditka looks increasingly stupid for trading his whole draft for Ricky Williams. The only way Bills are getting into the top 10 is making a RIcky Williams deal

A numerical argument for trading back and not trading up
Bills cap space= $2,898,830
That is for 51 players, we would like to have 90 going into camp.
90-51=49 players still needed
Bills need 2 WR, 1 RB2, PR, Edge, S, DL, C= 8 players needed, who will get high reps this season.
Most every special teams position is needed.
draft picks 28, 60, 128, 133, 144, 160, 163, 200, 204, 248.
Bills only have 2 picks in the first 127. We do not have ammo to move up high.
We have too many needs for prominent roles to give away precious draft assets.
Considering our many needs, IMO Beane would be better trading back, and stocking up on top 100 draft picks

Davis and Diggs didn’t do ***** for the last 12 games and the playoffs. They are both easily upgraded imo.

Xavier Worthy posted on Instagram yesterday that he was in Buffalo for what appears a pre-draft visit.
Love his speed, but I am concerned about his durability with that slender frame and also concerned how effective he would be in bad weather when speed is negated and play gets a lot more physical.
So not sure how much sense he makes as a WR1 for Buffalo, but I can see why they would have him in for a visit as that speed is nuts.
Seen a lot of Tyreek Hill talk with Worthy, but they really are not at all similar outside straight line speed. Hill is a dawg down field who is physical despite being short, but is very strong. Worthy is very slender, and I am concerned about if he will have the strength to beat press coverage or step up when the weather and elements negate the speed factor late in the season and playoffs in Buffalo.
But he is intriguing with that 4.2 speed.
I share the same concerns about Worthy. I have at least 6 WR rated higher. But Bills need speed. Josh has been looking for a younger, faster John Brown. Worthy is also a Punt Returner. With the new rules, returners are even more important. We have a need for returners, and a need for speed. If we draft Worthy, we must draft a tall WR as well IMO
-
Right now, my guess is Beane trades back for additional top 100 draft picks. Then I predict he trades up into the top 100 with later picks

Who didn't love the Bills dominating the Cowboys? The Bills do not want to be a finesse team, they want to smash teams. If we drafted Worthy, we would have the shortest WR group in NFL. Thats not physically dominating, it's more towards finesse. We need a big WR that can take the top off.

Tbf, we have never seen Allen play at an elite level without Diggs on the roster.
There were lots of Bills fans that thought Mahomes was gonna turn into a pumpkin when the Chiefs traded away Hill.
I think both arguments are insane, personally. Allen is gonna be elite with or without Diggs, even though he greatly benefitted from Diggs and making the jump 4 years ago.
I’d say we saw Allen play elite without Steph in the playoffs many times. Shakir was leading WR the last 12 games. It was apparent it’s the James Cook, Dalton, and Shakir show. We turned the Diggs channel week 6
