  1. So you have got Buddy all figured out?...well why don't you go on record then and tell the rest of us what it's going to be and then we can check back and see how right you were. Realistically you've probably got at least a 50% shot if you pick qb for the first pick and that goes way up for the second pick.
  2. wow. He doesn't deserve that. He does a lot of great work here and not once have I ever gone to his sight because of his posts. I have never gotten the feeling he posts these things to drive up hits. Do you need a snickers??...you'll go far here with posts like that I'm sure. I don't think that that trade with Minnesota is all that appealing. The points for #8 is 1400. #23 is 760 and #25 is 720 so we would be giving up a very good player for 2 pretty good players. they would have to sweeten the deal a little more for my liking. http://www.sportznutz.com/nfl/draft/draft_point_value_chart.htm
  3. (playing devils advocate myself)...Come on, you know Lynch was one blunt away from a year long suspension. Maybe he would have stayed out of more trouble here but it was highly unlikely. They got what they could for him. And I liked Lynch but I understand why they did what they did.
  4. Stupid troll..I can't wait to see Fitz throw an interception and the end of one of your games this year to lose it for you. karma's gonna get you!
  5. i was going to comment on this but mrags beat me to it. Mine will be much shorter. Who says spiller can't handle it??..I don't believe it for a minute. I think it is wise to keep him fresh so he always has that burst to bring it home, but by no means do i feel he is not capable of running the ball another 5-10 times a game. I say hogwash to that.
  6. I'm from Rochester,(well east rochester), but I always like to stop at Schwabl's for a beef on 'weck. i don't think your trip will be complete till you stop there!...and it's even on the way to Orchard park.
  7. I'm with you RunTheDamnBall, This board is always hard to read after a bad game but with all the expectations everyone had coming into the season it seems its even worse sucking in our season opener. A couple good wins and everyone will settle down hopefully. It's just annoying with all the people throwing in the towel after one game.
  8. Come on man. Yea we were horrible in a lot of phases, especially Fitz, but don't start this chicken little crap. it's one frickin game. Not too high . not too low. There were positives to take from today as some other posters have touched on. You negative guys kill me.
  9. That video brought a tear to my eye. Can't wait for the games to begin!
  10. That was LAST year. Don't you ever have anything good to say? (no bother answering that. The rest of us already know the answer)
  11. I am very happy with Nix as our GM. He's doing a solid job. He is building this thing the right way I believe. A way that will keep us competitve for multiple seasons. And besides, I love his accent and the things that come out of his mouth. No way would we have all the awesome qoutes from Polian as with Buddy. But if Buddy retired, and Whaley wasn't ready, I'd welcome Polian back with open arms.
  12. You don't know wtf you are talking about. Obviously he hasn't performed at a high level when his injuries have hampered him. But it looks like they found the problem and did the surgery to correct it. I'm pretty sure he is in with the trainers frequently and they know where he is at. No RUSE.You're just a negative f Will it work out? nobody knows. well, except you. but its looking better than at has in the past. Try a little hope, it works wonders for the soul Yes!
  13. I find your topic title a bit offensive and insensitive. If you HAVE to start a thread about this, couldn't you at least say "passes away" instead of kicks it or whatever. just find it very rude to Mr. Wilson. Maybe it's just me.
  14. I hear an echo. so, it appears the original poster got us all worked up and then dissapeared. wtf
  15. If you can't be optimistic this time of year, ESPECIALLY after the off-season we've had, when the hell can you be? You "realists" kill me sometimes. It's like you just don't want to set yourself up for failure. I guess it hurts too much when things don't go the Bills way. Personally, I hope for the best every year. Things could easily go the opposite of how you described them. wideouts- easly finally stays healthy and is a big threat and compliment to stevie linebackers- shep in his 2nd year, barnett and morrison as starters. really not so bad imo. with any luck the new kids catch on quiclky corners- green yes, but a pass rush will help take some pressure off them till they get experience oline- why can't I think Glenn will step in and do a fine job?...Hairston got by last year as a 4th rd pic. I damn well expect glenn to be starting come September qb- Fitz showed what he can do last year. The key is for the team to stay healthy. We now have some depth to hopefully be able to not miss a beat when we get some injuries And the one thing you didn't mention. and it's kind of important. We now have a pash rush. This will not be last years defence. totally changes everything. So yea, don't dream too big. It'll just hurt you too much if they fail. Me, I hope for the best every year. One of these years I'm bound to be right....I'm with senetor. 19-0 baby!
