Thought the comments about D Bell today were very insightful. IMO he is going to start And if he takes some lumps they are ok with it but he needs to play smarter. Does Merideth slip into the Swing or Wang? Thoughts and flames welcome...

This may come as a shock but Gailey's not telling everyone what he thinks.
PTR
Agree... The only "tell" he has given is the scat back comment, he is going to take his time but I think he has his lead horse just not sure they will fininsh the race in training camp....

Who cares about the 10 pounds did you see the pic on his twitter account... Glad he has his goals straight....
-
Exactly.
He had to sign his tender in order to be traded. He also had to sign his tender in order to play for the Ravens.
In any scenario, a player and his club can mutually tear up an existing contract and replace it with a new one.
The only thing that raises an eyebrow is that Ed Wang was injured just two days ago.
Gaither had until June 15th to sign his tender, so the timing is a bit interesting.
Good insight... I agree it may be setting something up, however I am a bills fan and am use to disappointed…..

Kelly and Bill, thank you for your credulity. I was his next door neighbor. I will do an Aaron Schoebel tell all as soon as he is not with the team, but I cant say anything that could reflect poorly on him while he is here, even if what I would say would be an unsubstantiated rumor.
He is a strange bird. He is a very quiet man, secretive even. He struggles with dyslexia. Frustration was a large part of his decision.
Thanks for the insight! I hope he comes back and quitely, and secretively gets 12 sacks this year.....

Great Post thanks!!

For those of you that have purchased replica jerseys, is there an effective way to remove the lettering from the back of a jersey? If it was authentic, it would be much easier to remove the lettering. Any of you done this with a replica jersey? I have a Willis McGahee 21 replica that I would like to change to SPILLER. Any thoughts?
Apparently your not familar with the Duct Tape and Sharpie method...... You see a lot of that at the ralph on sundays..
Bledsoe= Parrish
Spike = Poz

Its good to see wood back and sticking it between the legs. I'm thinking we are going to go up the middle from behind with Wood all year. I can see us getting double penetration on a trap play with Wood and Wang.

Can we clone this guy?

Yeah He is a great Lineman!! When he wore the faded bills T after being drafted I knew he was gonna be a great Bill!

I just got back from Vegas. The Bills had the biggest odds. 250-1 to win the AFC. 500-1 for Super Bowl.
Glad to see it has not changed since I was there in March. They had Green Bay at 5-1 odds in first to win the superbowl...

I was shocked... And the Welcome to the NFL statment, I could not belive it... I hope and pray they stay healthy this year for once...

In February, a pit bull mauled a 5-year-old girl in Terry, Miss., leaving her lifeless body in a ditch. Ten days later in Georgia, a 5-day-old baby girl was killed by the family pit bull in Rockdale County. The infant's body was found in its bassinet.
In April, a pit bull named Sidon killed a newborn in a home in New Port Richey, Fla., while the baby's 16-year-old mother slept.
Not all Pits are bad, some are great pets but I can se an HOA not wanting theese dogs around.....

That's a slippery slope...not sure what Lynch would turn up with after hearing that.
Yeah true... I was thinking, he would be in shape! and be eligible to play all 16 games and produce 1,000 plus yards this year. But I may be asking a lot, if he does then the HOA should let him get a dog, maybe an easy going lab, which he could adopt from shelter and gain bonus points in the community..

As Nix would say... "show me the baby marshawn" and all will be fine....

Let's see:
Last year, Jauron was head coach, your O-Coordinator is fired right before the season begins along with your starting LT, you're starting two rookies on the O-line at guard and an almost-rookie at LT, your line gets so beaten up that you wind up starting eleven different guys there, your receivers are the same underachieving group as always plus an AARP addition, the injury bug tears into your D at a frightening rate and your QB position is in turmoil all season long. And yet you win 6 and have at least 4 more in your hands.
This year: New GM, new HC and staff, including Bruce De Haven and what looks like a serious commitment in the strength department, your rookie linemen are a year older, you've drafted CJ Spiller, your HC has a well-deserved rep as a QB guru, your off-season FA signings seem, if not blockbusters then at least well-targeted and an upgrade, your defense is overhauled while returning some of your best D players, your draft (in my opinion) is one of the best you've ever had, and you just might have some very good receivers.
Sure, there are lots and lots of unknowns. But how in the world can a supposedly knowledgeable guy like King compare the execrable Bills of last season with the Bills of 2010 and think that they will be so much worse? To finish 31st would mean winning no more than 2 or 3 games. Really? The only way that happens is if Gailey and the players who make the roster are incredibly bad, that this whole change-of-regime is one of the worst mistakes in the history of the NFL, that every negative thing said about Nixley is true (and every positive thing is wrong).
Somehow, I don't think that's the case. 10-6, easy.
I would be happy with 8-5 going inito the afc run...

I just finished watching the 1991 Buffalo Bills that I DVR'd from the NFL network. I can't believe it's been nearly twenty years since we've had such a great team. Seeing Thurman Thomas' elusiveness & quickness, Jim Kelly throwing for long TD's, Andre Reed & James Lofton running for TD's, Bruce Smith getting sacks, Darryl Talley & Cornelius Bennett making plays, AFC Championship games in Buffalo...I miss those Bills teams of the 90's.
Last Year Iwas in the Ralph parking lot after a loss ( I think it was the Browns Game) and my brother said wasn't it nice when it wasnt a question of if we were going to win but by how many..... I loved the 90's teams

Modrak didn't invent the DB drafts for Buffalo, they've been doing it back to the days of JD Williams....
