  1. Never in a million years do I want TO. He will not work out with Edwards one bit as he his roasted every QB he has ever had throwing to him, and that's just what we can't have for Edwards' confidence. Secondly, he's such a character issue he just melts the team down around him, sure we might get one good year out of him, but that's it. TO could swear on his mothers' life that he would be a model citizen and I wouldn't trust him, after all, he'd probably knock over his own mother just to get one more interview on ESPN. Stay Away.
  2. The hair gel Kiper uses must be toxic because his football IQ drops every day.
  3. he would make everyone look like Glass Joe ... and he would probably rip someone's ear off. But really, during his prime I could have seen him as a solid guy, with the cockiness/attitude of Ray Lewis maybe.
  4. Just what we need to bring in is an old receiver with bad knees who couldn't even succeed in Peyton Manning's offense that helps inflate everyones numbers. And do we want another guy who won't go over the middle and surely can't handle the cold weather as we saw him disappear in all those New England playoff games? Save the money it's going to take and get more youth and impact for your money.
  5. Ugh 2 straight offseasons with legal issues. I hope Goodell doesn't step in with his hand of justice...
  6. Any player who has Drew Rosenhaus as an agent immediately has a red flag of caution thrown, I feel like he represents alot of the problem childs who want money, fame, money, and then winning is somewhere down on the list.
  7. I love Boldin, Housh, Johnson and even Plax. But the problem is, would any of those 4 guys really sign/accept being traded to the Bills? Aside from Housh, the other 3 all have become known quietly as attitude problem guys, and would any of them really be happy playing for what will probably be a mediocre Bills team that doesn't get alot of publicity? And I'd love Hosuh, but if Philly is smart, they'd make a big push to get him so McNabb can have a real reciever. Well actually, how about we bring McNabb up and bring one of these guy along for the ride with him? As for the other recievers, the Bills can really use a guy to be a solid #2 or at least a really good #3. Just get some weapons out there who can catch a ball and help spread the play around a little bit more so Marshawn isn't running into 8 people every time he carries it.
  8. Boy they need to update their rankings. At this point they're almost 3 weeks old and with some of the changes that are going on, these picks look really bad. I really like Mack, but not as #11. Is there any way the Bills can trade to the 20s and take him there because he'll still be around at that point. Is there any way we could get one of Phillys 1st rounders and another pick? Bills need quantity desperately.
  9. And as much as I'm on the fence about Edwards at times, we have alot greater needs to address in the draft and via trades than getting a QB that is no guarantee anyway.
  10. Anderson would not accept being traded to a team that seems to have a starting QB. I'd look for him to maybe get traded to the Jets where there is an open competition for the QB spot.
  11. Wow, just wow. With what seems like a few freaky plane incidents recently I think I'll stick to the train if needed?
  12. I won't lose sleep over missing out on Carr. The Bills need a backup to protect against Edwards' injury risk and risk of not advancing. If Carr became the starter for the Bills due to one of those situations then they'd be looking at a top 5 pick in 2010. McCown I would have liked as a backup, but I didn't see him leaving Tampa where he can compete for the starting job. As for Garcia, he's not going to come to Buffalo where he would be signing as the #2 and have to work his way up. But I definitely want the Bills to talk to Leftwich as a backup.
  13. With Raji now being a top 10 pick in many peoples eyes, and I can't see the Bills jumping for Pettigrew at #11 either (if the Bills pass on him there, many people have him slipping to 20s). Is this guy really worth that pick in the 2nd round? I feel like tight ends have such a mediocre upside that I'd rather Buff just stock up one side of the ball with all the opportunity players available on D.
  14. I guess this is assuming that Edwards retains the starting job? If so I'll throw out my hopes of Cassell. The issue is Edwards' injury and lack of development risks, so the Bils need a backup who can actually contribute. 1. Ramsey, Boller and Grossman: we've seen their upside and it's nothing more than useless to me. 2. Batch, Leftwich and McCown are both solid backups who will give you average stats. 3. If the Bills want to live a little bit, I'd say why not go for O'Sullivan or Simms - both of who have had flashes at times, and frankly they could mix things up. 4. And for the completely different pick, bring in Gutierrez and have him bring the Patriots full playbook too
  15. The all-time best defensive player? how about whoever the Bills take with their first pick this year? But really, LT changed the game, and every time he hit someone you wondered if they'd get back up. Bruce Smith was great, but LT was just better.
