Nice college QB, as were guys like graham harrell, timmy chang, colt brennen and chase daniels. He'll never be a started in the NFL. just my opinion.

I guess i wouldn't give up a 1st on hope after one start. Also, doubt we would have to give up anything for Campbell. If he's as bad as you say, he'll be released and we get him for free. More hope in Campbell continuing to progress and possibly becoming a good QB than any other vets out there.

Giving up a 1st round pick to get Rob Johnson after one start or trading back into 1st round to get JP didn't do it? wow!!

I'm sure you're right on a lot of what you're saying. I did find this interesting: completion pct over last 4 yrs 53.1, 60.0, 62.3, 64.6 and rating 76.5, 77.6, 84.3, 87.0. I know there is more to being a good QB than stats but this is a good sign. I think we need to bring in a vet and just don't see anyone any better.

I agree with you somewhat. I also would like to see us bring him in and draft a qb in rounds 3 or 4. Let Brohm, Cambell and rook fight it out. I loved Brohm in college, don't see any other vets that excite me and not real impressed with the top few QB's in the draft.

mcKelvin is good young corner with a chance of being a pro bowler. too early to tell with Maybin, so far it doesn't look good!

Then bring that up to the person that mention it! Don't agree with your assessment though. Just having our starting LB's would go a long way at stopping the run and i think our trio is average. But Draft and Scott? A healthy OL working together all year. You don't think that would help?

Did i say the front office has done their jobs? Pointing out a couple of other quality players you missed! If you're asking, i do think we have some young talent. Unfortunately not at the QB position and coach. As far as the front office goes, not totally impressed.

Think he meant, after his junior year he was the #1 qb prospect and possible #1 overall. FYI, after 2007 draft, Kiper had Brohm #1, Ryan #2, Flynn #11 and Flacco #19.

You ever watch Brohm play, college or preseason? In fact, he was expected to be a very high draft pick. And here's another novel idea: when he sucked those preseason games, who do you think was blocking for him, playing RB, receiver etc? That's right, guys that are probably not in the league. Thought out?

Love this move! Watched him alot while at Louisville, reminded me of Kelly. Obviously there must be a reason he was on GB's practice squad but, hey what do we have to lose. Give him a couple of weeks to get a grasp of the offense and START HIM!

yeah, and freddy looks real good the past few games! maybe we need to stick to one running back and use the other as a change of pace back instead of this changing everyother series crap! also try to establish the run early and often. i'd start lynch.

I think the O-line did fair. i believe it takes time for guys to jell, just hope we can stay with the same 5 guys the rest of the way! IMO, i don't think it's a good idea to switch backs every other series. I believe RB's like to get into a groove and thought we ran the ball well the first series with Marshawn. I'd pound the ball with Lynch and change it up with Freddy. Nice to see the huddle again!
