They knew just keep allen and an offense that can score in an instant off the field.....both offense and defense stunk vs Cincinnati but let's not act like this offense hasn't carried the weight while the defense completely collapses every season NUMEROUS times...if it wasn't for allen this team is sitting at .500 at best the last 5 seasons
We don't disagree on most of it, but the offense has failed to back the defense NUMEROUS times as well, and we ended up winning some of those games, especially the Chargers game where we had a -3 turnover ratio. Everyone knows Josh is the difference between over 10 wins and a losing season.

Cincinnati offense controlled that game no problems
That's because THEY KNEW we couldn't score points to threaten their lead, period.

Mayo is a plug, nothing impressive about his press conference whatsoever, maybe he ends up being a good coach, we’ll see how it plays out.
It all hinges on who they hire as a GM... to hire the head coach before the GM is a calculated gamble... if the Cheatriots continue to engage in hiring the people within a small circle they will continue to fail.

Go look at the drives cincy had....McDermott defense played worse than allen......our oline was completely dominated by bengals it wasn't even a battle for bengals dline....they destroyed our line all game...but burrow just couldn't be forced off the field either....I think Cincinnati didn't punt until late 3rd quarter maybe 4th
We scored a grand total of TEN points for a game at HOME... that's not the defense's fault. It's the reason why Dorsey is out of a job because it bled into the 2023 season.

The very idea that TWO know-it-alls are pairing up in McDaniel and Staley is really, really funny to me... this may be the one move that gets McDaniel fired, along with sticking with Tua for a few more years.

I hope Allen takes uses the offseason to work on his game and obviously take care of his body. I really don’t want to hear about about him golfing. That crap can wait until he wins a SB.
Patrick Mahomes is his golfing partner... it's not a coincidence that the two biggest QBs in the NFL are playing golf together... it is holistic and it's a GOOD thing.

Harbaugh is the guy who helped coach Kaepernick to a super bowl and another NFC championship. McDermott cannot have such success with a much better QB in Allen. The AFC just got harder while Pegula does nothing.
Maybe drafting another corner who doesn't play (Elam) in the first round or another defensive lineman in the first round who cannot sack Mahomes once in multiple playoff games (see Oliver, Rousseau, etc) will get us over the top! Just trust the process and McClappy......Nothing to worry about at all...
There is a reason why we have done nothing... WE JUST PLAYED IN THE DIVISIONAL ROUND OF THE PLAYOFFS while the Chargers limped home in Week 18 over two weeks ago. Sorry new guy, but your take is poor.

But our D (and ST) has let us down year after year, along with offensive mistakes. Scott Kacsmar makes a good point about our D, which Tyler Dunne re-tweeted:
Year after year? I don't think they did last season either against Cincy... Josh and Dorsey STUNK in that game. This year they did but when you put it into context with regards to injuries, I stand by my statement.

You seem to be under the impression that 1 game makes a coaching career.
Name a coach in NFL history that hasn’t been pummeled in a game numerous times.
So that's your excuse, in the big games against winning teams it's OK to get pummeled, and THEN use injuries as an excuse on TOP of it later in the season when it gets worse?
He was NOT excellent THIS SEASON, long before the cascade of injuries, period.

Fangio is an excellent defensive mind.Miami lost a lot of players on defense.
We killed them 48-20 when they were almost fully healthy, and the lone player missing, Jalen Ramsey, Josh abuses. He was NOT excellent.

They'd be crazy to get rid of a phenominal receiving RB like Hines.
We need someone with great skills to not get involved in our offense. If not him, then who.
Ty Johnson!!! He caught every ball in which he was targeted except for one game. He has that spark we need and must be retained.
I feel like we don't need Hines to start the season and go through another Von Miller-like saga... let's hope we can find the right return specialist as a Plan B if he suffers from a lack of production in the preseason.

HOW will a 5'11" receiver help us where we need it?!?!?!
Enough. Draft a WR with the height and abilities required and let's round out our WR corps. Shorter getting injured and missing the entire season while other receivers balled out above him and then players that contributed after (like WICKS and NACUA) is disconcerting and frustrating.

In the Super Bowl years, I absolutely ached for a Lombardi. It hurt each year when they lost, and it hurt doubly as I watched my kids suffer through the losses, too.
When I began writing the Rockpile Review, I allowed the anxiety associated with the games to grow, as I watched and studied and reviewed, analyzed data, read other columns. Every season was a disappointment.
Somehow, this season, a lot has changed. I’m still a fan, I look forward to every game, and I’m thrilled when the Bills win. What’s changed is that I’ve gotten more or less non-judgmental. I don’t think much about why some play didn’t work, and I don’t think much about who’s to blame. If the Bills win, great. If they lose, I feel bad for the players, but I tend to let it go. My attitude is sort of like watching my ten-year-old kid’s game – great if they win, sorry for my kid if he loses.
I don’t how this transition happened, but I definitely seem to have entered a new stage to my fandom. And it’s nice.
I haven't completely gotten there yet... I'm still very frustrated by the waste of talent we seem to fall into every season since Josh Allen became our QB, and now I get how Dolphins fans felt all of those times we beat them down when they had Marino. I can't wrap my head around it and it's probably made my blood pressure much higher than it should be.
My mother graduated from Lew-Port in 1963, and of course she loved Joe Namath back in the day. I never asked her if she actually went to any Bills games until today!

I’d bet he wishes Von was no longer a member of the club (as many of us do).
We could have bumped him up to a management spot too but of course now that's gotta be off the table surely...

He’s a pregnant women beater and broke his kids arm, by nfl standards (which they none of) punt god is an easy hire, look at all the sh-ty people the nfl happily hires year in and year out Hill is the poster boy for hiring low life scum.
Well, considering Von Miller is still a part of our club, you really can't go that hard in the paint on this...

Same. Volvo truck NA HQ is nearby so many of our colleagues were there and brought over the Fika concept (a swedish tradition of meeting over coffee and snacks). Today was my day to buy and we gorged ourselves of doughnuts and muffins.
It's almost always junk food but I usually bring vege and fruit trays.lol
We hit the Dunkin twice a day as our vice, coffee and a donut. Well the Norwegian/Swedish way is pastries and breads, but they eat in moderation while we usually stuff our faces LOL

No, he's a punter, not a champion WR who runs a 4.2. Huge difference

No thanks. The bum got pantsed again.Reid stole his lunch money in that second half, even with the fluky touchback gift.
I'm not saying *I* want him back, just what Beane and Pegula are going to do. I don't think he can get us to where we want to go, but there are no other alternatives other than Vrabel, IMHO.

How do you graduate from college writing like that?
The whole switching of speech and writing patterns to suit a particular audience drives me nuts.

I just thought of something...
2023 Cinci: Stefon Diggs is pacing up and down the sidelines, pissed, going off on the sideline on Josh and Josh just sitting there after his poor performance.
2024 KC: Stefon Diggs is out there not making big plays, no histrionics on the sideline while Josh is playing an exceptional game and NOT going off on Stef.
Stef didn't stay to be interviewed while Josh did.
Shouldn't the supposed WR1 of this team, still looked on that way by Beane himself, who doesn't want to be traded or leave, be a leader leading by example?!?!!
It pisses me off that Josh takes the heat and leads by example while Stef doesn't.

You people shaming others for wanting to donate to help a cause really need to do some serious self reflection... it's not like we are rewarding Bass, we are helping this world be a better place. If you can't understand that then it's a you problem.
