I've always thought it would be cool if you were awarded points for putting the kickoff through the goal posts. Wouldn't happen very often, but should be rewarded.

I would change the rule that requires that the Bills suck.

In 1990, the NFL introduced a bye week to the schedule. The "bye" in 1963 probably had something to do with assassination of Kennedy on November 22.
