Maybe I misunderstood the article, but: It's never enough. One can't just donate to a charity now. You have to donate more. When does it stop? A percentage of my income? Don't mean to sound like a dick, but no thanks. If/when I donate the money I earn, by working a job that I don't particularly care for, I'll donate it to a charity (or charities) of MY choosing. I won't say anything about it, and won't claim it on taxes.

I do. I live about 15 miles from Dust Bowl brewery, and there are some really good restaurants nearby that have some good crafts on tap. There's something about making it yourself though. It's enticing, and making me thirsty. I thought about doing wine too, but I'm gonna master the beer first. It's pretty safe to say that there are a few more wineries in my area than breweries haha. I actually never thought about Goodwill, or Craigslist. I'll check them out for sure! My mom gave me 5 stainless steel stock pots to use for the cooking process, but the largest holds 5 gallons max. I need to get a 6.5-7.5 gallon stock pot so I can make a full 5 gallon batch.

I don't consider OCMS country to begin with. More bluegrass/folk to me. I also prefer the OCMS over Rucker.

I'm a huge fan of Discovery's Shark Week, but this crap of the living Megalodon, and the shark they call "Submarine" straight up pissed me off. Kinda ruined Shark Week for me.

Last Christmas my in-laws got me a "Mr.Beer" home brew kit. To this day I've brewed 3 batches (3rd batch is in the 4th day of the fermentation process). It is the Surly Dog IPA recipe. My previous brews were a Doppleback, and the American Classic Light which came with the kit when I got it. Everything has turned out great. My friends loved the brews I've offered them so far. Two weeks ago I took a brewU101 course through my local home brew supply store (Barley and Wine, Modesto, CA.). I've decided that while I continue to brew the Mr.Beer brews I'm going to start doing my own home brews. One thing I've noticed is that a) it's expensive to get started, and b) there's a lot more TLC that goes into making your own home brews from scratch. When you all take notes on your home brews (if you do) do you use any tech aps on your phone or tablets, or websites? If so, which ones do you use? Or do you guys just use pen and paper to take your notes? Thanks!

In the show it was never mentioned. In the book I think she escaped with Reek at Winterfell. IIRC, Mance and his two wildling women that were posing as the entertainment for Bolton's men were killing them. They approached Reek about escaping and helped him and "Arya" escape before being caught themselves.

If so, search: Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, The Band Perry, Florida Georgia Line, George Straight I have iTunes, and on it I can search for a specific genre (country) and find out what the most popular downloads are. That would give you a good idea of what to put on the CD. There may be a few artists I've missed in the above list but if you search for their songs you should be able to come up with more than a few CD's worth of songs between them to keep everyone entertained. I'm aware Pooj. I just didn't feel it was necessary to go into the whole story behind the song Wagon Wheel.

IMO the album sucks but the songs great. Also... Old Crow Medicine Show does a great version of the song Wagon Wheel too that I actually like better than Ruckers version.

One thing I forgot to mention. Some good will come out of this. As Joe_the_6_pack mentioned NASCAR formalized (not changed) its' rules because of this incident. The unfortunate thing with racing is usually safety measures are made because someone lost their lives ie. Hans device and safer barriers for Dale Earnhardt Sr, Kenny Irwin, Jr. and Adam Petty. The window net was mandated because someone spun into a wall with the drivers side of their car and hit their head on the wall, gas pedals modified because of Kenny Irwin's and Adam Pettys wrecks in which their throttles stuck going into a turn at New Hampshire. Pit road speeds were enforced because a member of Bill Elliot's crew (IIRC) was struck by a car on pit road while changing the tires on his car and killed.

There was nothing in the rule books for both Canandaigua Raceway Park or the Empire Series Sprints rule books about exiting a vehicle like Ward did. Also, it wasn't a NASCAR sanctioned event so NASCAR rules wouldn't apply to anyone racing in that race (or that track, since it's not a NASCAR sanctioned track). No, I have no conclusions on it. Is it not possible that Tony Stewart was overcome with grief, and maybe didn't sleep the night after he killed a young kid that ranged in age from 17-20 years old depending on what media outlet said? WEO, you have based your opinions on what happened by listening to every one else give their opinions on what happened. From the he accelerated at the last minute which means that he was trying to "brush back" the kid to caving in to media backlash. You don't know anything. You don't know anything about racing, the lifestyle, the dangers, risks, or rewards of racing. Today, the VP of communications for Stewart-Haas Racing was asked if Stewart was essentially "forfeiting" his ability to make the Chase. His reply was that there were more important things to Stewart than the Chase for the Sprint Cup. That was this morning. Is he still caving in to the media? These are the facts, Kevin Ward Jr. died. Tony Stewart was driving the car that hit him. Anything else (until Tony Stewart opens up about it) is SPECULATION. One families lives have been forever altered, and one mans life forever changed, and another mans life lost.
