The Chiefs are even lucky here. Holy moly. -
Who or what makes this offense click exactly? Shady? Sammy? Tyrod? ANYONE? In 5 games where shady hasnt started we're 3-2. Sammy hasnt played in about 40% of Tyrod's starts dating back to last yr and he still has a winning %. TD Mike avg's about 6ypc so is shady expendable? Clay? Woods? Are they critical? No. The OC? We're on our second. Despite all these revolving pieces we're still top 10 in pts scored since last yr. In 2 games without TT we're 0-2. Maybe Felton is the reason why we're top 10 in Pts. Maybe its Goodwin. Maybe its incognito. Incognito is a mule. We need 5 of him. Seriously, i mean that.

There was a stat that said Carr has never won an nfl game below a certain temperature. Im not sure what that temperature is but its going to be below that tonight. (Mightve been below 35) -

Please provide examples of what you're talking about. Until today I had not heard a negative thing about TT and his interviews. -

Wtf are you talking about? When did he say "it's not my fault"? And no, its not all his fault anyway. From that article it appears he was getting frustrated about the line of questioning pertaining to his option being picked up next season, and how he wanted to talk about Pittsburgh. Is he wrong for that? His contract being picked up is not even in his direct control. -
Dont understand the Whaley hate either. We're moving in the right direction. Pete Carroll and Schnieder had 2 seasons to start at 7-9 before things started coming together for them. Unfortunately for us we cant make the playoffs at 7-9. Or 9-7. Or possibly even 10-6. With Pats in the division anything less than 11-5 is a wild card. But we're moving in the right direction. No more 6-10 seasons. Keep climbing.

Nothing.

I 100% get what you're saying. The NFL is crazy unlike any other American sport in that there is such a frequent disparity between highs and lows from week to week. The season hangs in the balance every single week (even if it really doesn't), unlike any other sport. I'm trying to be 100% objective here, and it's hard as a fan. Going into this season there were numerous threads predicting the Bills' record this season. I would say the very large majority fell anywhere between 7-9 to 9-7 with the remaining prominent outliers at 6-10 and 10-6. We are currently at 6-6. The rest of our schedule looks favorable, but it's the NFL and you never know. Right now I'd say the Bills are well on their way towards meeting, and possibly exceeding fans' expectations. Of course, it's still possible that we end up 7-9 or even 6-10, though highly doubtful. We need to be more consistent on offense, and we need to be much better on defense. Overall though, I just don't see why panic should set in. Right now, we essentially are who we thought we were going to be. The Oakland game was a bad loss. Bad losses happen. It was a complete failure across the board for the players and coaches. Hopefully they learn from it and move on. Hopefully the coaches and players can see how they dominated the game vs a great opponent, but couldn't finish. Hopefully they learn how to finish as a team more often than not going forward.

Kansas City is #1 during that stretch at 35.71% (a real defense). Overall, Bills are 19th in the NFL in red zone defense (TD's only). I believe we were ranked near the top in the first half of the season, and we're literally dead last in the second half of the season (over the last 6 games or so). Meanwhile, Buffalo's offense is #6 in the NFL in red zone scoring (TD only) and 9th overall in points. We must cluster our scoring. Our defense gets winded.

In the last 3 weeks, the Bills defense is ranked second to last in the NFL in red zone defense, giving up TD's in 87.5% of the opponent's trips into our red zone. Honestly, I thought that number was going to be much closer to 100%. Somehow, we're 2-1 during that stretch. Must be the offense's fault.

Agreed. The Offense is blamed for scoring too quickly. The offense is blamed for going 3 and out. The defense can only stop an opposing offense if it's approximately 55 degrees, with a northwest wind (as long as it's not over 8mph), and a humidity level at about 55%. We wouldn't want this Bills defense to face any kind of adversity.
