Happy for Motor. 30 touches and 150yards vs. Cincy today. Thought the Bills didn’t view him as an every down back?? Still upset the Bills shut him down towards the end of last season to play James Cook. Great job today Motor!! A Rookie QB and a ex Bills RB went into Cincy and did what the Bills couldn’t. Embarrassing

Even though I like watching the Bengals lose, Texans winning is worse for our wildcard chances IMO. Very good chance they finish ahead of us now.
I disagree. Bengals beat us h2h and already had more wins than us. If we continue to win Texans can’t catch up.
Bengals losing is better imo.

All these results if they stand are good for bills. (I think)

Who’s worse, Steichen or Minshew?

He’s a backup. How is this embarrassing? Injuries happen.

Valid.
I’ve wondered myself. It’s gotta just be a twitch of sorts. He especially does it after an incomplete pass or bad play. I think he’s telling the OC to send him the play ASAP.

I wish I shared your optimism, but the Dolphins have an easier remaining schedule than we do and they have shown they are not going to lose to any bad teams like we already have twice. I'm not even thinking about playoff seeding at this point. None of that matters if we're entering as a wildcard or not at all.
I guess we just view it differently. We win we go to playoffs. That’s where nothing else matters.

What is that flaky little thing mahomes does with his fingers after every play
He does that every time. You just noticed?

Eisen is saying Chiefs fans have to be outraged no flag on the hit on Mahomes near the sideline but Jones attacking the Dolphins o lineman gets a flag.
Everything about this game and it’s production is an embarrassment.
Eisen is wrong. And he needs to stop giving his wrong opinion. Sounds like he has $$ on the game.
Mahomes was still inbounds. Period.

Do we want Dolphins or Chiefs to win?
It’s tough. Almost gotta root for Chiefs. But huge part of their success has been home field advantage every season. They can’t get it again this year. The Chiefs are a different animal at home.
I think we still win division regardless of what Dolphins do today. So part of me is rooting for Dolphins knocking out Chiefs. Have confidence that Bills keep winning

Also - Douglas BETTER play. This is the freaking NfL. He’s played for 6 teams. We need to win THIS game. You can keep Ty Johnson or Josh Norman off the kickoff team. Spare me. If the bills D is THAT complex then I’m all in on defending elam from these coaches
How miserable are you?

He will fetch a first plus, if traded at this point. Plus a very big contract. I don’t see the Bills doing that.
We will need a CB at some point anyway. I’d trade away a 1st round pick for a proven player. Our pick is going to be near the end of the 1st anyway.

Lions are easy to root for. Easily my 2nd favorite team to watch.
From their QB who everyone loved to hate in LA; to their Neanderthal HC; to their countless playmakers.

I sometimes get conflicted on these two thought processes and was wondering what the board’s thoughts are.
I lean towards a loss against the 49ers but a wounded animal can be dangerous.
What are your thoughts?
Go Bills!
Always root for AFC opponent to lose. It’s pretty simple.

I don't like it...the dude has shown the ability to play well at times. If anything the way they have handled him has destroyed his confidence more than anything. What a waste. Guarantee if he goes somewhere else and gets a chance within a year we will regret that in a Wyatt Teller sort of way, although I wouldn't go as far as saying he will become an all-pro.
This is the limitation of McD on D. He would rather play low end players who are safer with limited upside than potential high end players that may require some time to get there. No other team in the NFL would be having Benford, Jackson and Ingram play in place of Elam.
Everything in your post is speculation. We don’t know how he was actually handled in house. The player has been on long enough to step up and he hasn’t. There is likely blame to go all around here, but simply pinning it on McD is nothing more than slander.

Or do what Schwartz did against Carolina and Cam Newton and blitz so he doesn't have time to even throw it deep...Newton got sacked on that play and it ended the game.
I agree on this I don’t get why more people don’t blitz in this situation or just rush more. You don’t need LB in this kind of play. Have 6 DB in the end zone and rush 5. Heck have 5 DB’s just standing in the end zone and rush 6. Good luck throwing it 55yds when you have less than 3sec- 1

So is the interception on Josh or Dorsey?INT is on Josh. He never saw Winfield on the edge. Even then he should’ve just eaten the sack there or thrown it right at the ground. Instead he basically threw it at Winfield’s helmet. Kincaid was intended receiver and there were 2 players right on him anyway. That play was a complete disaster that should’ve just been a loss of yardage as opposed to an INT.
Crap play. Worse execution.

Glass half full here. Let's acknowledge the good too. Hardy ran a punt return to their 25-30 yd line and we scored a TD not too long after. We can also make a case that we could be 4-0. Lost to the Pats on their last drive. We lost to the Jags by less than a TD after they got to spend 2 weeks in London to get acclimated to the time difference and no jet lag. We could easily be 4-0 in this stretch. JMO.
Great minds buddy

2 things blow my mind about this team...can we return a punt without a penalty and can we defend a freaking hail mary?
If we are honest with ourselves, a case can be made we should be 0-4 in our last 4 games during our weakest part of our schedule if not for some luck on the final play of the Giants and Bucs game. It is crazy how we put ourselves in these situations, especially in a game we should have won with a blowout but shot ourselves so many times in the foot this game that we allowed this hail mary attempt to even happen in the first place.
you’re focusing too much on the negative. In an alternate take:1. Evans TD last night was luck with a doink off a helmet right into his hands.
2. the following 2pt conversion was luck with a tipped ball that happens to land right in the hands of the receiver3. we literally dropped two pick 6’s yesterday
As opposed to viewing it as “we should’ve lost this game”, an equally convincing argument can be made that we should’ve won this game 10-38. And no we shouldn’t be 0-4 during this stretch.
