Here is my question? Fire Dick Jauron or not? REASONS NOT TO FIRE HIM 1. The players reportedly love him and respect him, and he has a good relationship with the aging Ralph Wilson. 2. It would be our 5 head coach and 7th offensive coordinator in 10 years(presumming Turk gets fired too). So some think this would hurt CONTINUITY and Trent's progression for next year. 3. What are the alternatives? Who would you replace him with, its unlikely R.WILSON would spend the $ it takes to get Cowher or Marty Schottenheimer, and we dont want another williams or mularky. That 4 sure REASONS TO FIRE HIM (WE COULD BE HERE AWHILE) 1. Good luck selling tickets next year if he is the head coach. Three 7-9 seasons is a row does not make him popular with the public. 2.GAME MANAGEMENT/PLAYCALLING-I beleive you can put part of this blame on Turk also. Our playcalling is the worst I have ever seen. I mean a YOUNG CHILD playing madden has more football IQ when it comes to playcalling and in game Adjustments-than our coaching staff. I dont know if thats d.jauron or Turk, but its terrible. We burn time outs like crazy and run when we should pass, and pass when we should throw!! Jauron is also very, very bad on challenges, only got one play overturned this season on challenges. Well in 8 seasons, Juaron was one, yes 1 winning season. And in that time he has a .442 winning percentage. Thats a 56-71 record in 8 seasons, that includes three 7-9 seasons with the Bills. THE ANSWER: YES WHY: The Jets game put me over the edge, need i say more. Also, I think he is a great guy with good character and morals-BUT he is not the answer. Instead of playing to WIN, jauron plays to not lose. And I think you have to put teams away in the NFL-and you need someone with that killer instinct!! Some people want to boycott the last home game of the season vs the Pats- but I already HAVE tickets, so instead we should WALK OUT with 2 Minutes Remaining in the 1ST Quarter and head for the exits!!!! You do not actually have to leave if you dont want to, just appear to. But by the way we have been playing lately, you will probably want to. It is also asked that the fans paticipating in the WALK OUT do 1 more thing. That is purchase a large Plain White T, and write in Black Marker "FIRE JAURON"!!! You put the shirt on over your close and wear it for the WALK OUT. You leave or appear to leave the game with 2 minutes left in the 1st quarter- ITS CHEAP AND ITS EASY! It wont hurt Ralph in the pockets this year, but how could they market a team coached by Mauron (Jauron) after that. And for the record, I have nothing against Jauron, he is a good guy. hEY BUDDY, i have a suggestion, and maybe you could post it on your website. I read this on a blog on this website. It proposes a WALK OUT at the last home game vs. the Pats. It will take place at the 2 min mark (remainning) in the 1ST QTR. At that time fans will get up and walk out of their seats and head towards the exits. (they just have to appear to be leaving, they dont actually have to) Also, fans are asked to wear white T's over their close with the words "FIRE JAURON". I think that should voice our opinion pretty clearly. What do you think? Give me some feedback-

well, if thousands of people got up and left with 2 min to go (for example) in the 1st quarter-it would get some attention from the announcers and tv. Ya-on the nfl.com site, they are reporting he re-signed, but WILSON will not admit it and the TEAM has not made it "official"!!! But have you ever seen anything like it in this day and age? I mean how hard is it to find out if MAURON (Jauron) resigned or not. I would think that after that terrible play call today in the 4th quarter vs the Jets, we all want Dick Jauron to be FIRED? Some people are defending him. What do you think? And i want him fired so bad, i think we need to voice our opinions to Ralph Wilson.
