It's because if that boy who believes he's a girl isn't allowed to compete against girls...he'll commit suicide.

Like the liberals tell these girls/women competing in sports.  Its a man's world and fighting the patriarchy is futile.

All this irrational identity stuff makes me wonder why a dude wants to pretend to be a lady?  Your short a couple cards from a full desk.  I get you can physically dominate women athletes and feel like you're the top dog at something.  But have you seen the restroom lines at concerts and sporting events for the ladies room?  Who would want to stand in line for 30 minutes just to pretend your a big, hairy, ugly women?  Its not like you're fooling anybody but yourself.

Yes, we can win Super Bowls WITHOUT superstar WRs. That is true.

But, teams also win Super Bowls WITH Superstar WR.

So we're dismissing Joe Montana and Steve Young with Jerry Rice?

    - Tom Brady with Randy Moss

    - Peyton Manning with Marvin Harrison

    - Mahomes with Tyreek Hill

    - Troy Aikman with Michael Irvin

Bengals didn't win Super Bowl, but they have no problem beating us with Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase.

There are many ways to win.  And lose.  The 49er for example, had 4 Pro Bowl/All Pro level offensive weapons and a competent QB last year and yet still lost a close Super Bowl to a Chiefs team that just played a little bit better at the end of the game when it counted.  So the Bills getting WR1 in the draft might improve the offense but is adding that player to the roster going to make the difference or is there another reason they can't get past the divisional round the last 2 years?

Who would vote for a guy that says this about our troops/

First off, anyone that understands context.  Secondly, voters that comprehend the alternative of 4 more years of this huge dumpster fire will destroy our country and culture.   More inflation and a worthless dollar.  Gas at $6, rent at $3k month, $15 cheeseburger.

That's great the summary of Roman Gabriel.  I remember his name but was still a little too young when he was a star.  But the early to mid 70's was when I started becoming a football fan in grade school.  I lived in Allentown, Pennsylvania.  And moved to Buffalo New Years 1976.  The 76 season was my first as a true Bills fan.  But remember watching several Bills games in probably 74 and 75 from Rich Stadium on TV.  The start of a passion that has lasted a lifetime.

Love discussing players and teams from that era.  Game just had a raw simple feel to it.  The sport of Gladiators.  Pete Rozelle made football something very special.

It was a time when sports was sports and not so much glitz and glamor entertainment.  Guys just showed up and played.  No celebrations about a 1st quarter interception.  No music blaring and fireworks.  No 60,000 people in the stands staring at their cell phones checking their fantasy league stats.  Now the SB halftime show and commercials seem just as big a deal as the game itself.

It's 'Vietnam All Over Again' As Defense Department Prepares to Beef Up Number of US Advisers in Ukraine

The Department of Defense is considering upping the number of US military advisers stationed in Ukraine. Politico said, "The advisers would not be in a combat role, but rather would advise and support the Ukrainian government and military."

    .

Who will they advise?  Most of Ukraine's forces have been killed, captured, or wounded and the majority of its citizens have no interest in extending the war or kidnapped by Zelensky's henchmen  to die on the front lines for Washington's proxy war.

So everything that Biden does/is now gets turned into Trump does/is.  Okay, LMAO!!  Gaslighting, deflection, and projection at it's finest, lol!  It's so juvenile it really doesn't even deserve a response.  Those tactics are not working anymore, they only make you look foolish and gullible, if not down right kind of creepy and corrupted.

One major distinction is that all of Biden's public appearances are scripted, controlled, directed, and rehearsed because his handlers fear his neurological condition which inhibits him from acting and participating in an ad hoc situation will give away the show to even the biggest deniers of his problem.  There's no energy, no sense of realism.  All the other players in the scene are following a provided script.  In a few words, its all fake.

Trump like it or not is pretty much what you see is what you get.  The other players are actual people, not props or actors.  You might not like it but it's real.

It is before the Supreme Court of New York State, which despite its name is the trial level court of general jurisidiction.

County courts are lower level, handling the stuff you talk about.

I understand the key violation is Sarbanes-Oxley which was written and intended to address financial reporting deficiencies in government/SEC required disclosures resulting from Enron.  Which is Federal law.  Shouldn't enforcement and interpretation be left to Federal courts?  Not tried in some State county court?

Given the Feds apparently have no issue, what business does NYS have with this? Or jutlrisduction?

My other observation is Trump must have the absolute worst and most expensive legal representation possible.  Firstly, these charges are based on the loosest and most pliable legal interpretations.  You'd think a high priced legal team could blow holes in these flimsy arguments.  And file muliple motions for disissal. To censure the judge, the prosecutor, and correctly argue an impartial jury cannot be found in the jurisdiction.  Something everyone knows is true.  But nothing.  Second, no rich person ever gets railroaded on such folly.  This is truly unique.

  8. The best economy ever is a farce that needs to spend a trillion in borrowed every quarter of life support money to keep the system running.

Its like my big-shot brother-in-law that always has the latest and greatest of everything and new cars in the driveway every year without a cent in the bank or any investmemts.  The king of the  consumption lifestyle without a pot to piss in.

Like the robust US economy.  A big illusion

The Moon is moving away from the Earth at a rate of about 1 inch per year.  That change in gravitational pull will result in the Earth's rotation slowing and change the magnitude of tidal movements.

In 1 million years it will be almost 15.8 miles further away.  Should we be worried?

The guy was a credible informant for years but the second he has the good on Biden he's suddenly providing false information.  More likely he was arrested for providing true information and he had to be taken off the board before he was requested to appear at any hearings or inquires.

Conveniently, his trial date is set after the November election.  Prediction: whoever wins the election, they reach some sort of plea bargain agreement where he agrees to keep quiet in exchange for probation in consideration of his prior "service".

    That how Garland's DOJ works.

Outside of that I wouldn’t really argue with anything you posted. With all that being said I still don’t see trump winning because people hate him. Yes he’s got his base (I’ll be nice and won’t call it a cult) and he’s got people that will vote along party lines. But it’s that enough to win?

I see at least 3 different groups on Twitter that are republicans against trump in there title in some form or another. I have not seen a  “Democrat against Biden group “ and y Twitter feed is open for both sides. I see stuff that supports trump no doubt but how big are these Republicans against trump movements getting?

and I said it before on here and I’ll say it again if you missed it. I’m not telling people to vote for Biden and not for trump. I know I won’t change anyone mind and I am not trying to. I get that people will vote party line and I don’t blame them.

I think the Trump vs. Biden choice comes down to the cleaest Pig in the mud hole theory.  Neither have high approval numbers.  Many people, including myself, find neither choice appealing when it comes to addressing the nation's troubles.

Both have high disapproval ratings.  The choice might come down to tolerating one and disliking the other.

As I noted yesterday, Elizabeth Prelogar totally misrepresented (lied?) how DOJ routinely handles sentencing requests for those convicted of 1512c2.

Under questioning from Kavanaugh about prison sentences, Prelogar tried to make it sound like 1512c2 defendants with other nonviolent offenses (common misdemeanors) only get about 24 months in jail.

She quickly mentioned the "Brock" case--referring to Larry Brock, a man from Texas convicted at bench trial of 1512c2 and 5 misdemeanors--and the "enhancement" recently overturned by DC appellate court in 1512c2 convictions.

So what did DOJ ask for in Brock case? Not 24-26 months as Prelogar attempted to mislead Kavanaugh into believing.

NO--DOJ asked for 60 months in prison.

This is far more representative of what DOJ has requested in similar cases. And yes it included the now unlawful enhancement but that was the enhancement DOJ ASKED FOR.

I expect SCOTUS will rule the statute as used by DOJ in charging J6 defendants is inapplicable.  Also, the mere presence of J6 protesters is not de facto evidence that they acted with intent, in attempting or succeeding in "obstructing an official proceeding”.

I've been called for jury duty twice and selected and participated on a trial once.  I very much enjoyed it.  Unfortunately, after being a juror I hope I am never put on trial.  3/4 of my fellow jurors - if brains were dynamite, they couldn't blow out a match.  Scary.

In the case of this Trump trial I expect the Judge and Prosecutor are looking for people with a bias against the defendant that are just smart enough to follow their argument but not smart enough to perform any logical or critical thinking.

Government is using an obscure financial crimes statute about

delaying Congressional proceeding to destroy the lives of J6 protesters.

Gorsuch just asked whether pulling a fire alarm before a Congressional vote

could qualify (e..g, what Democrat Jamaal Bowman did recently)

and government atty says no. LOL

The US attorney is wrong.  Because the correct answer to the questions isn't "No".  Because everyone knows the correct answer is .. "It depends on who pulls the alarm".
