The Bills have been bad against the run and at covering TE’s for years. As good as Frazier and McDerrmot appear to be at defense they need to look at themselves and figure out why the scheme does not work against these aspects of play. Maybe Edmunds is central to this maybe he is not. Until the issue is solved, opposing teams will know the weakness of the Bills D and exploit it where they can.

What a crazy life story. Who knows without the other events in 2008-2009 he might still be at it.

I have often wondered why the league does not put more emphasis on QB development. I think every team should have to carry one QB prospect on the P.S. at all times. Additionally, the league could do more to sponsor QB development in the offseason. Finally, maybe the rules have swung too far towards the passing game. The rules have made RB’s almost irrelevant in the modern NFL. It has taken away from the game and strategy in my opinion.

Yet in some ways how can you blame guys for getting more money in FA and not staying with a team that was stuck in perpetual sucktitude? The change in culture is amazing with the Bills.

This, he was selected high to be a disruptive player. He has not been. I know it is unfair to compare to a long time player in the league but Kyle Williams selected in the 5th round was far more disruptive and a force as compared to Oliver. Oliver is supposed to have far better innate talent. Let’s hope he steps up and shines this year.

Yeah, there is some research that says processed sugar is 8X more addictive than cocaine. I think that is a little exaggerated but who knows? Supposedly nearly all processed foods are pumped full of sugar.
