Has this been definitively determined? I just watched it again on my DVR, and from 4-10 seconds after the hit, he's moving/lifting his legs, and then at about 18 seconds after the hit he rolls over (on his own; wasn't pushed over by staff).

Yep, this right here is the truth. For as much as the league powers are trying to make the game all safe & warm & fuzzy, I'm fairly certain most (all?) defensive players still have the attitude of "I want to kill the QB." Lol

But it was 3rd & 8. JA was trying to get the first down. And in today's game, JA shouldn't have to worry about taking cheap/dirty hits, like Favre had to worry about them back in the day, because back in the day, they were LEGAL. The NFL owners & front office need to get severe with the penalties for these kinds of vicious hits. And I don't want to hear that "on a different angle it was a good hit by the DB." BullS***! He led with his head...just look at his arms...he made no attempt with his arms or hands to make the tackle, to wrap up JA like you would do in a "form tackle." JA was already slowed by the first guy, so he was ripe to get speared by this cheap & dirty Jack Tatum wannabe.

Recorded the game on DVR....just went back and watched the 4th down "drop" you reference above. Listen, I'm not saying Zay Jones is a great receiver, but to call that a drop is ridiculous. It was way too high, and he had a CB draped all over him. What was really pathetic about that play was the design though. We had 2 WRs stacked on the left side, and both of them appeared to run in the same direction, so they were easily covered. It really gave Barkley no option as to where to go. And the back stayed in to block. Terrible looking play design.

Just saw that the Bengals have a new young coach, and fired whatshisname, who had been there forever. WHEN did that happen? Lol

Question on the missed Bills FG at the end of the 1st half: Was it legal what the Pats guy did....jumped over the guard or tackle on the right side of the Bills line (it was NOT the center that he jumped over)?

The good news is if you bet on the Bills at +7, you're a WINNER!

Actually, he's doing fine. If they do it perfectly, they'll get the TD with just a few seconds left on the clock. No time for Pats to come back.
