I didn't think this team called running plays... why not just go empty backfield, isn't that our preferred set?

Losman won't be on this team next year. Presumably Hamdan will. Might as well give the guy some real playing time so he can improve. For all the people about to say it's not JP's fault "put that on the coaches for making the bad play call". What about the week before when it's 1st & goal from the 4 and JP throws that pick on an audible. That was a run play and he made a retarded audible - why can't JP do the reverse and make a smart audible when you get a retarded play call...Ok sorry, getting off on a bit of a tangent here... back to Gibran: Put him in there...! Plus, I really want to see how this will affect the threads on the Hamdan fan club & see if he truly has this "Chroise" that I keep hearing about...

Yeah, you and me both. What baffles me (as a New York City area resident) is why we only get one 4pm game today as well.. I mean, I will be at the bar watching the bills, but why are we only getting Cinci vs. Dallas on CBS and friggin Bull Riding on Fox?! Doesn't make any sense to me.

I'm no fan of the Chargers, but that was about the worst thing i've ever seen in this league. The fact that the schmoes on NBC didn't really even complain about how bad that was is a testament about how they're all in bed with each other. The announcers need their deals w/ the NFL, and of course the NFL needs the announcers to not completely rail on the officiating...

You know something - i was impressed w/that catch as well.. And here's another thing i was thinking about at the bar (and i'm still drunk, so don't flame me if i f*ck this up) - but we make such a big deal about people getting both feet in, i.e if you tip-toe down the line and your tip-toes get in, you're good to go... Well, on that play with hardy it looked like his first foot was in-bounds (the whole thing) and then his 2nd-foot HEEL went down first and then as the rest of his foot hit the ground, his toe was out of bounds... So it kind of begs the question about the rule, isn't your heel as good as your toe when talking about what is in-bounds and what is out of bounds? Thoughts?

That was terrible. If the NFL had any respect for themselves - they'd give that win to the chargers...

I've never been so upset with officiating in this league. That was poor. I feel bad for San Diego here - they just got F*cked.
