  1. Can't argue with that logic. Thank God you are not running the team. Hey lets give Gino Teretta another shot, after all he did win the Hiesman. :wallbash:

Hey I'd wager that you are on of those Hamdan fans that want him to start..

You can cry about Collins all you want.. Name a QB after Kelly worthy of praise. Each and every one has had issues.

I come to these boards to get some real football information. Most of the time I see a bunch of whiners.

Just put me on ignore if you are so offended. Thanks and have a nice day.

  2. If I were you, I'd just tell KrazyKat to STFU.

Plus, if you use Firefox, you can just right click a link and click on "Open Link in New Tab."

Unless you're not using Firefox, in which case you may also like to know that man figured out how to create fire.

I can do that and I don't have firefox. I would prefer not to have to open and close a window every time I want to read something. The Back button works just fine.

  3. Is it only during what is designated as "training camp"? Or, can the fines last well into the regular season until he reports? Also, is it 15,000 a day until he reports?

    Just curious.

How long the Bills can continue to fine Peters?

    Simple answer ...

As long as he keeps pulling this ship

  4. Whose side are you more on, Peters' or the Organization's?

At this time .. I chose the Organization's.

Players can not or should not be allowed to renegotiate in the 2nd year of a 5 year deal, unless they are THE sole reason the team is succesful. Mostly this would go to a QB.

I do not believe that as of today Peters has proved himself. Next season maybe I'd jump on his side of the issue.

I recall the 6 time Pro Bowl player "False Start" Reuben Brown. He may have been a good O-Lineman ... but how I hated him ruining 3 to 5 drives a game because of his frequent False Starts

  5. here's my solution.

IF Peters shows up before the first game in shape, THEN I will cut him some slack and forgive all.

IF Peters shows up before the first game out of shape, THEN I will call him a fat lazy arse and diss him until any damage that was done has been fixed.

IF Peters holds out into the season .... THEN I would DEMOTE his ass officially to backup!

Then he can demand all he wants for the next 3 YEARS!!!

  6. Where can I buy 2008 Bills playoff tickets? I figured I might as well buy them now before they are all gone.

No but really, when we make the playoffs, as a season holder, how does that affect me as far as being able to purchase playoff tix (assuming we'd at some point get home field advantage). Is their a pool we are entered into for a chance to purchase them?

It's been a long time.... didn't it used to be you had to buy 2 or 3 games worth of post season tix ieven if they only played one game?

1st you need to see what seeding they are in before you even know where they play and how many games.

  7. I don't doubt that he got off lightly due to his status and what he gave up on the dealer, but the oxys were definitely personal use. He's not selling them...why would a millionaire athlete take such a risk to flip pills for a few more thousand?

Had some nornal joe been nabbed with 202 illigal Canadian pills he's be in a federal prison right now.

Kaczur had been caught speeding here on the outskirts of Utica on April 27, driving 76 miles an hour in a 65-mile-per-hour zone on the New York State Thruway. In addition to illegally tinted windows and a loud muffler, 202 OxyContin pills were found by police in Kaczur's car.

One mile less in speed and the cops would have let him whip on by w/o a thought of it.

  8. Why is the Bills playing a game in Toronto now a point of contention with this "anonymous" owner? Did this guy get pissed off when the Packers used to play a game or two a year an hour away in Milwaukee? The Cowboys in Mexico and the Pats in Montreal are extreme examples, but wouldn't it be somewhat smart for the Seahawks to explore a similar arrangement with Vancouver? Hell, the Dolphins already attact 60% Cubans to their games in Miami, they might want to look at Havana for a home game!

An NFL owner getting pissed off about a money grab....Oh that's priceless...

Simply put the cranky and cheap Ralph is pocketing $9.8 Million per game in Totonto.

But some how he still whines about revenue sharing.

  9. Have you guys had the ticket for a couple years? I got it last year and got nothing this year from directv. Damnit.

That's odd because once you sign up it's for life.

They automatically send you out the pamphlets and then already start charging you the extra $40 a month.

    Look at your bill.

  10. I see a dogged, short passing threat that apeals to his coaches than to his fans.

And is west coast like. Hell, it’s what Brady utilizes and when excuted well it works.

Even with long ball Loaman they only called 3 to 5 long passes per game!

  11. they wait for more signings around their picks to get them slotted correctly i think

That's mostly the story behind it. They don't want to be the lowest bid on the market.

    Drafted Players

    CB Leodis McKelvin - 1st

    WR James Hardy - 2nd

    DE Chris Ellis - 3rd

    CB Reggie Corner - 4th Signed 6/12

    TE Derek Fine - 4th Signed 6/25

    OLB Alvin Bowen - 5th

    RB Xavier Omon - 6th

    OT Demetrius Bell - 7th Signed 7/2

    WR Steve Johnson - 7th Signed 7/8

    CB Kennard Cox - 7th Signed 5/30

  12. Our defense has a chance to be dominant for the first time in 7-8 years. With Miami and the Jets twice, Oakland, KC, SF, and SEA on the schedule big D days can be had.

Far and beyond the Cleveland game presents the toughest offensive opponent, aside from NE. I can see it now, bills 10-6, cleveland 10-6.. If Donte' Whitner wants to make his prediction a reality he must shut down Winslow.

    GO BILLS!

    None.

But If I have to pick I'll choose these 3 in order

    SD, JAX, CLE

  13. The Bills were #1 in punt coverage last year, which is a pretty amazing accomplishment, allowing only 5.3 yards per punt return.

They did this with two gunners on the outside, both of whom were new to the team last year, one a rookie and the other an undrafted free agent who did zero his first three years in the league before being sent to NFL Europa.

I guess you could say the one good thing to come from Homerun Forward Pass is Bobby April.

The problem I see is that the Bills released / cut half of the ST'ers

  14. Nope. Pretty sure single-game sales have always started in the middle of July, at least since I've had seasons.

I thought I read that because the Season Ticket sales were doing so good they wanted to wait and sell what they could on the "Package deals" that includes the Putrids game in week 17.

I believe I read that at least 5 of the games are already sold out.

How you do that w/o selling individual tickets I don't know.

Bills individual game ticket on-sale date changes

by Andy Major, Executive Director of Marketing 6/25/2008 BuffaloBills.com

Orchard Park, NY -The Buffalo Bills announced Wednesday that their originally scheduled individual game ticket on-sale date for non-season ticket holders has been changed from July 19, 2008 to a date yet to be determined. Due to the high demand for season tickets the team has extended their season ticket sales campaign through August 28, when the Bills host the Detroit Lions in a preseason contest at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

  15. Marv Levy thinking that Dick Jauron would ever become a winning NFL head coach for the Buffalo Bills was a HUGE mistake. One that I fear everyone will eventually learn as the '08 season winds down to a close.

And Bellycheat sucked in Cleveland leaving with a losing record.

To add to my earlier comment

    Storylines from SI.com:

AZ - Matt Leinart needs to show his teammates and coaches he can be an NFL quarterback, not just a party boy.

Selvin Young is the latest in the line of Denver running backs, but rebuilding the offensive line will be a difficult chore. The ever present good RB has to end soon in Denver.

KC - Will the great draft -- picking up Glenn Dorsey and offensive lineman Brandon Albert -- translate into more than four wins?

How much will the loss of Asante Samuel and Donte Stallworth affect the Putz cheaters?

Rams - Getting players like Marc Bulger healthy is the major theme after an injury-riddled 2007 season.

SF - Who will be the quarterback in Mike Martz's newly designed offense?
