Dan Posted October 18, 2009 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Skins are punting. Chiefs block it (or so it appeared). Ball, on the block, bounces more forward than back. The Skin guy picks it up and runs in for the TD. Refs call it back and say illegal touching by the skins because the ball didn't pass the LOS. Cheifs ball at the 50.
