bradjames24
Does nobody on that sideline think Lindell can make a 51 yarder? Is there a lot of wind or what?
Pete
Ridiculous. Thats why we have a FG kicker on the roster. Lindell can hit a 51 yarder. If you cant you dont belong in the NFL
daquixers
LOL - you guys are ridiculous if you think that Lindell is gonna knock in a 51 yarder. His last 50 + yarder was in 2002. His last season with 5 or more 40 yarders was 2001.

silvermike
Don't kick - go for it! A 50-yarder is best-case a longshot. 50% or worse for a strong kicker, and this one had some wind in its way. Not worth it. A punt, on the other hand, will probably only net you 20-25 yards. Not worth it. They start around the 35 on a kickoff anyway, why not risk it and try to get the damn first down! You'd been moving well.
BuffOrange
FG would've been stupid. The punt was also stupid. 4th & 4 from the 34 you have to go for it. Especially when you're trying to make a statement as a big underdog on the road. I bet my left arm TMQ brings up the "fraidy cat" call too.
