The players, obviously felt confident, and they knew fully well that they were dominating the LOS and there was no way TB could stop them. BuffaloWings Posted September 21, 2009 Share Posted September 21, 2009 As important as that play was (and as much as I was surprised by it), the more important piece was the defense shutting down TB in the 3rd quarter. After the Jackson fumble and resulting TD, I had the feeling we were going down the same road once again. You could see how flat the offense was, but I was happy with the D's performance in the 3rd. The offense eventually came around and got some points, but the 3rd quarter defense was a big contributor to the win, IMO. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
