DeMarcus Ware & Greg Ellis

Recommended Posts

This is a very very curious story, to say the least.

It just goes to show that pinning the responsibility for a team's success and/or failure on just one person is ludicrous. This is the type of "behind the scenes" crap that goes on aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the time.

Us lowly fans are left in the dark over 99% of the time, which is why when fans make "demands" based on what they're seeing on television, or worse, from their seats at the Ralph, my response is to just shake my head and suggest they watch The Wire, in its entirety.

As for what this says about the player/coach relationship in Dallas, I hesitate to assume this type of strange behavior takes place exclusively in Big-D.

Just your basic case of less is more. Ware playing 80% of the snaps at 100% is better than Ware playing 100% of the snaps at 80%. You will get more production that way evidenced by his 20 sacks. It helps even more when the opposing LT doesn't get a break because Greg Ellis is in and not Copeland Bryan...
