It's a heavily traffiked area with minimal parking...Hutch's pretty much owns the valet spots. There's been many attempts to make a go of it in that building the last decade or so (including the Doctor bros. from the Bills and their "Docs Arena") so you would have to ask yourself what kinda breaks they got. Note to Buffalo city officials: CHECK THE %(&$ing resumes BEFORE you hire people or invest in their schemes! Hiring good people is an art, not a science.
