Buftex
The advent of the internet taking over the sports jouranlism world, for me, has pretty much made the term "sports journalism" a misnomer. Rick Reilly is a good writer, but IMO, a complete jerk... most "sports journalists" these days are tv stars...sad... If anyone wants to read a truly terrific piece of sports literature, read Fredrick Exley's "A Fans Notes"... http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/booksblog/...snotesfansnotes
todd
Dr. Z was clearly the best before his stroke. Not only that, his books are good. I've read "Thinking Man's Guide to Football" and it is great. ???
