So I don't know what it is about except the "lazy" part you put in the title. On that note, it isn't too shocking... I work with some that came back from Iraq as QA's in construction and the one thing that they say is how lazy the Iraqi workers are... How they cut corners with everything... Oh ya, they either don't get the concept of using ground wires in their electrical systems or they are just too "lazy" to apply them... I f you know what I mean?
