Big Turk Posted September 21, 2008 Share Posted September 21, 2008 Did anyone have a funny feeling like we were watching a reversal of the Cowboys-Bills game last year? Both teams played horrible most of the game, were thoroughly outplayed, and should have lost, but because of their QB's somehow, someway making enough plays when it counted to win the game, they didn't... As I sat there and watched Lindell line up for the FG, I almost expected to hear a whistle and see Oakland call TO even tho I knew they couldn't... Well, all I can say is that Edwards has something special about him...first a 96 yard TD drive and then a perfect throw to Parrish with a 350 DT in his face flattening him for a TD...then he drove us down the field for the winning FG... That was Kelly-esque, IMHO...first time we have seen something like that in a loooong time around here...we had NO margin for error on those drives...if we failed on any of those, the game was over...in all three cases, Edwards got the job done under game-ending pressure....
