The Bills were afraid that the Saints would trade up to pick 91 (New England's) & draft Edwards. If TE slices and dices the Jokers D and the Bills D makes Russell look stupid, look for the talking heads to make a big deal about the fact that JM was the first pick in the draft and TE's was a third rounder on Monday and probably even Sunday night.
