Bills will be one of them and it will happen by 2011 regardless of fan support UNLESS, and it is a BIG UNLESS, there is a new stadium in Buffalo for the Bills that can generate higher revenues. Can WNY afford the Bills? Unfortunatley that answer is no. Once the politicians start getting involved, you may as well just pull the trigger.
