It cannot be pushed to next year. The second one, at 3.4 or so can be split. And you're right, it's only if he's cut, which he is not going to be. IF he were to be cut, the Bills could choose to save all of the 5.3 million this year, or actually save 7 million this year and be on the books for 1.67 mil next year.
