Get a few pictures of administration officials with a split-second bizarre facial feature, some nice clip-art of demons, and a grainy photo of the cover of "Wag the Dog," combine it all with 12 different color fonts and you've got yourself a sizzling indictment of the Clinton Presidency, yessiree.
