I currently have the Highmark dual coverage plan which they are ending 12/31/25. My Medicare broker did the research for me  and found that the Aetna plan was comparable. She also made sure that al my docs (6) were in the plan. Might even be a little bit better  but I have to wait to get the cards and the whole brochure  to see.  I had asked the transplant center at ECMC in the summer for advice and they said to avoid Humana and United Health. 

Even the UHC AARP plan sucks when I compared it to humana and Excellus ones. Isn't accepted at the area's largest provider Drs
