I agree and find it strange because we have 2 of the most entertaining OTs to watch. Dawkins with his wide style and ice pick while Brown just manhandles everyone While watching the replay, I found myself looking for him on every snap and focusing on his every move. There are a couple nice vids on YT breaking down all of his snaps. 1 Quote

No reason for the HGH etc, anymore, looks like a normal big guy, don’t get me wrong, I don’t care that “ most” players juice, it’s part of the game, Edited September 27 by Don Otreply 1 Quote
WideNine Posted September 27 Posted September 27 I knew Hawes could catch the ball, but had him pegged as more the blocking TE who would be a plodding outlet option. I was fine with that and the kid just helping us move the chains occasionally. So of course Brady has the kid running the seam route and Allen rips one to him...good for him. Love it when our players prove me wrong and outperform expectations and now teams have to account for a strong blocker that can also get down field when needed. 1 Quote

His blocking ability is going to help our offense in a big way for the next 4+ years. He’ll be a sporadic clutch play maker in the pass game as well. Just a great draft pick getting him in rd 5. Watching him tear people up the way he does, I’m really surprised that he lasted that long 1 Quote

He had the college reputation for a killer blocker. 150 picks before we snatched hizazz up. Lucky us! Quote
