It seems like yesterday that he was drafted as a 21 year old. Now he's 29 and looks like the exercise and diet changes come with age. Compared to the famous TB12 diet, I'm surprised Allen went with protein heavy approach and singled out dairy. Whatever works for him works for him. I just hope he cuts down on alcohol consumption as he ages.
