Consider me concerned about you and your +3. I can confirm. Leafy greens straight from my previous employers salad bar grew all kinds of nasty bugs on agar plates. As a side note I recall a paper from several years back where they grew more bugs from random employees desks than they did from work place toilet seats, but it makes perfect sense when you think about it.

I enjoy fine dining and am willing to pay for truly excellent food, but I will gladly grill up a couple hot dogs (extra charred) to enjoy with chopped onions, Ted's hot sauce, and local sweet corn on the cob. I enjoy the Cracker Barrel breakfasts I have with my dad, now that I know how to order there, and I am weirdly unconcerned about their sign or the paint color of the interior. I contain multitudes.
