You both have a very similar way about you. Please keep in mind that he struggles with mental illness. If you have time, will you recount your chicken McNugget story? I move freely in two or more worlds. I enjoy fine wines and spirits, yet yesterday I consumed about 2 quarts of Coors Lite. I enjoy fine dining and am willing to pay for truly excellent food, but I will gladly grill up a couple hot dogs (extra charred) to enjoy with chopped onions, Ted's hot sauce, and local sweet corn on the cob. I enjoy the Cracker Barrel breakfasts I have with my dad, now that I know how to order there, and I am weirdly unconcerned about their sign or the paint color of the interior. I contain multitudes.

I'm currently addicted to the Mac and cheese from Chick-fil-a Yum!!

All that and still enough self-satisfaction remains to look down your nose at someone that might enjoy Crown Royal. Impressive! 1

Because there would still be the political red tape that goes along with getting building permits. See California.

Trump_is_Mentally_fit Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Trump: If I can't tax without Congress voting on it we will be a third world nation, blah blah Just a stupid, power hungry POS

He just justified his tariffs as a great substitute for the income tax. In other words, his tariffs are a tax. Taxing power is committed by the constitution to Congress and only to Congress. He ought to be arguing that this isn't a revenue raising mechanism (a tax), but rather a foreign policy device (at least arguably a presidential power). His words will be used against him in a court of law ... 1
4th&long Posted September 3 Posted September 3 Tariffs Were Supposed to Revive US Manufacturing. So Far, They’re Having the Opposite Effect https://flip.it/BGQVpm The clown show is in full swing. 1 1
Roundybout Posted September 4 Posted September 4 So not only have tariffs utterly failed to bring manufacturing back, they’ve also increased the trade deficit! Brilliant stuff!! 1 1
AlBUNDY4TDS Posted September 4 Posted September 4 Only you would think manufacturing would be brought back in months. Loser.
