Going into the halfway point of the Season Offensive Identity

Maj, there are many ways to win in the NFL. A pass first offense can win. But so can run first and play defense. For every Pats-Eagles shootout SB there is a Seahawks-Broncos or Pats-Rams.

I do believe the 4 min offense late in games should be pass first when everyone is expecting run. Dink and dunk there works almost all the time.

I also believe an elite TE in modern pass offense is the key. Bills don't have an elite TE but with Knox and Kroft by year's end they may be good enough to have the base offense be two WR, two TE, one RB. They can then run almost any play with that grouping and keep the opponents base defense on the field.

"GEL" is a myth discussed by fans.

This offense will be as good or as bad as Josh Allen makes it and drives it.

And if he was better, or at least better sooner, they would be magically "gelling" right now.

It doesn't have to take forever.

To paraphrase Brady’s wife, He can’t catch the balls too.

The whole O is a work in progress.

Beasely doesn’t catch everything he should.
Our TEs as a group have some bad, drive killing drops in multiple games.

O line seems better suited to run blocking.

I see many times when11 guys aren’t all on the same page which is the definition of “ Not Gelling “
