The Washington Post reports the on-again, off-again trade talks between Buffalo and Arizona that would send RB Travis Henry to the Cardinals and OT L.J. Shelton to the Bills appears to be on again, and the deal perhaps will be completed in the coming weeks.

The Washington Post is really on top of things with their "the deal perhaps will be completed in the coming weeks" remark. .... Did they also report the sun will rise sometime before June in western NY???

Someone wake me up in a month when this deal is "close to done" again.

I just wish TD would pull the trigger, so there wouldn't have to be a half dozen NEW "Henry/Shelton" threads every day.  Bunch of LAMPers never want to tag their thoughts at the bottom of an existing thread on the same exact topic.

But what else would we have to complain about?

TD is playing this deal right. Travis Henry is a Probowl Running back, we deserve more than just a possible decent Left Tackle, especially when we already have two possibly decent left tackles. I figure that ARZ will cave in, when they realize that if they draft a running back, they won't get their corner that they covet.

TD's patience will prevail over ARZ's greed.

The only way the Bills have two decent LT possibilities is by shuffling starters on the OL and creating holes at other positions(Teague or Williams). Were these the two players you were referring to?
