/dev/null
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/scor....nfl/index.html Even though he has become one of the most important components of their offense, the Eagles still are not completely convinced about running back Brian Westbrook's durability and remain reluctant to make him one of the league's higher-paid backs. -- Philadelphia Daily News
ganesh
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2005/scor....nfl/index.html 286289[/snapback] Nor are they going to make TH the starting RB. Currently Westbrook is a better catcher from the backfield than TH. The eagles thrive on the RB catching out of the backfield. I don't think there is too much difference between TH and Westbrook for PHI to make the argument in favor of TH.

stuckincincy
IIRC, Corey Buckhalter (sp?) has been cleared to play. They drafted one of the higher-ranked FB's last year or the year before - Thomas Tapeh - so if vet FB Dorsey Levens hangs it up, they should be set. IDBillzFan
It's a good thought, but not only do I not see it happening, I would hate like hell to see another former Bills RB get to a team that is a favorite to win the SB next year. Hey. It could happen. If they can just learn time management.
