Beasley, of BaltimoreRavens.com, reports NFL owners will discuss implement new rule changes that give place kickers and punters greater protection beginning next season. The annual owners meetings begin Sunday, March 20, in Maui. "We will propose that there will be some extra protection given to kickers and punters on certain plays, where, quite frankly, they're not involved in the play at all, and they get absolutely wiped out," said Rich McKay, co-chair of the NFL's Competition Committee.
