Plus, we were dealing with the Bengals who are well-known for not being able to lure anybody to play for them. With DeMulling, the Lions have oodles of more cap space than we do, are widely known for buckling to players' demands and forking over cash instead of trying to negotiate, and have been widely regarded as the front-runners for some time now.
