Brian Nichols - Kutztown LB in 1989

Recommended Posts

For what it's worth (not much) the papers down here are reporting that he went to and played football (linebacker and tight end) at Newberry College (SC), a small Lutheran 2-A school. He may have gone to Kutzdown when they threw him off the team at Newberry.

Yes, Tulane is a small school. Are you saying you already know that JP will reach the greatness that Andre Reed attained with the Bills? OK maybe I should have phrased it differently. Why can't we find a player from a small school that turns out to be a HOFER anymore? I forgot about Mcgee he's certainly off to a great start but we'll have to wait and see. The Bills had a knack for picking up good players from small schools in the late 80's and early 90's

Because we've essentially found one in team history?

You know what your right! I can always count on you Darin to set me straight. Honesty you are correct that was not an accurate statement. I guess I need to go back and change it to a "real good player"
